Last night I shared a wonderful dinner with a special friend. Each course was a little journey, a surprise of colors and flavors that enchanted both the eyes and the palate. An experience I can only describe as top-notch, in every way. And to end on a sweet note, I'll leave you with a piece of heartfelt advice: if you find Nocciolino as a finishing liqueur, don't miss it... it's a warm, delicious, liquid embrace that lingers in your memory.

For a restaurant that sets itself apart, table service could be improved: for example, a dish shouldn't be served to one diner by passing it across the table to another. A vegetarian menu would also be a must, in addition to the fish and meat options.

Lovely local restaurant which has delicious seafoods✌🏻I tried octopus, it was so fresh and it was served properly. House wine was also a good choice with it🍷

Siamo stati già due volte,a gennaio e siamo ritornati a giugno per riconferma la qualità e la bontà dei cibi i cui sapori sono ben equilibrati.Rapporto qualità prezzo giusto. Personale gentile e preparato a dare delucidazioni sulla preparazione dei piatti. Consiglio una visita

01/12/2025: From Trentino to Liguria, along the way we chose to stop here for lunch, and because I wanted to see the winner of 4 restaurants in person! The lunch was superb, excellent dishes cooked with love, excellent service with the staff always ready and willing, fair prices! I then had the pleasure of exchanging a few words with the owner (a really nice guy 😁)!!! Thank you!
06/11/2025: Everything was exceptional. Wonderful place, very kind staff, and truly excellent food. The chestnut flour dishes are a must-try; the ravioli are unique. I'll definitely be back.

Ristorante Il Trillo

16/11/2025: I returned to Trillo curious to see if my previous experience was an isolated incident. Unfortunately, it wasn't! The restaurant bills itself as a high-end establishment, with an average bill of €70-80 per person, but what's served—both in terms of dishes and service—doesn't reach the "fine dining" standards that such a price should guarantee. Only one waiter per table, bringing two dishes at a time, a confusing appetizer, a seafood tagliolini that was actually linguine, and incredibly salty! A salted caramel for dessert, whose name at least matched its content: salty, more than you'd expect from a dessert. The table setting is meticulously designed, and even the different types of bread are commendable... but unfortunately, that's where the positives end. I have to be honest, the outdoor location is very charming and certainly fantastic in the summer, but I don't think I'll repeat the experience: my stomach will thank me. I would also recommend a revamp of the website, a bit too Lavacchio style!
