I visited Ristorante Al Cavaliere in Lido, Venezia and I had a really great experience. I left very satisfied. The food was delicious, everything was fresh and full of flavor.

Very nice service, food is fresh, tasty and portions are way bigger than in Venice. For example, one carpaccio and pizza were enough for two people. I highly recommand that place.

Had such a lovely meal at Al Cavaliere in Lido! The food was absolutely delicious and the portions were really generous, we were so full we didn’t even have room for dessert 😅 We ordered the trio in saor, seafood spaghetti, and the lobster pistachio pasta, and everything was amazing. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for tasty seafood and great value!

05/04/2026: Top restaurant, our family’s favourite! Pizza experience is top. Thin and tasty with tons of choices. All fresh ingredients from Puglia.. when we come here for the last 10 years we always feel like at home. And the primitivo!! You need to try rose and the dolce, tiny amounts are produced and restricted to the very few people. The owner has it! If you haven’t been here thats a miss.

20/04/2026: A romantic and cozy restaurant, with a lovely, quiet atmosphere, filled with lit candles, plants, wood, and bottles of wine. The homemade gnocchi were delicious, but we felt the portion was small for the price. Also, it was chilly in the restaurant in April evenings. The service was very professional and friendly.
18/04/2026: If you're looking for a place to stay in Venice, this is the perfect one! The location is incredibly convenient, just steps from Piazza San Marco. The room is simple, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you need. Breakfast is served in the restaurant below. The food is definitely superior (much!) to the many tourist restaurants in the area. Excellent value. Attentive service and very helpful staff. Pet-friendly: our poodle had a wonderful time. Highly recommended!
