Capitato a Bra per un lavoro, tramite un amico del posto ho avuto BATTAGLINO come ristorante consigliato, parcheggio auto abbastanza vicino, per capire dove era ho aguzzato la vista , non è che si veda benissimo l entrata, il locale pulito ed accogliente, ha interno ed esterno, gestori gentili e preparati, mi hanno fatto sentire a mio agio. Abbiamo provato 2 antipasti, 2 primi e 2 dolci, si sentiva che le materie prime sono di qualità, devo dire che lo consiglierei. Il caffè servito con quei dolcini, fantastico! Spesa nella norma per i piatti avuti Bravi

Interesting restaurant in the heart of Bra. Welcoming atmosphere and helpful staff. Precise and fast service. The menu is well diversified with many traditional dishes. Also pleasant is the way chosen for the service that includes plating directly at the table from the pans. Wide selection of wines. Mid-range price. More than positive rating.

The restaurant is located in the central Piazza Roma in Bra (Cn). Historic venue founded in 1919. Simple but elegant furnishings. Service performed with care and speed. I was there on a day when I was in a hurry but I enjoyed an excellent Barolo braised meat accompanied by a very pleasant wine. Fair price because the raw materials were of great quality. I will return with more time available because I think it's worth it.

We came from Prato for the long weekend of April 25th, several friends advised us to go to Battaglino. They were right, exquisite typical Piedmontese cuisine, we ate the agnolotti with butter and sage, stew and cheese platter, all really good, excellent service and super kind people (I would say a characteristic of the area), more than honest price.

Ristorante nel cuore di Alba che coniuga tradizione ( salsiccia di bra, vitello tonnato, agnolotti), con innovazione ( carciofo aperto, carciofi fritti con aioli vegetale, torta di funghi e miso). Ottima selezione di primi e dolci. Opzioni per vegetariani. Carta dei vini notevole. Prezzo adeguato ( in 6 con 2 piatti a testa, un Nebbiolo e 3 dolci , speso 250 euro).

02/05/2025: 5 stars – an absolute insider tip in Piedmont! We had the pleasure of having dinner at Bon Padre Vergne as a couple after a mountain bike ride - in sportswear and a bit tired, but we were still warmly welcomed. We chose the 4-course menu with wine accompaniment and were thrilled! The service was exceptionally friendly - both the waiter and the manager of the house made us feel completely at home. The ambience is very well maintained and tasteful, even the tables outside were set in white. The quality of the food was excellent, as were the wines from the in-house vineyard – truly top class. The prices are more than fair for what is on offer. A real culinary highlight and a hidden champion that is rarely found. We'll definitely be back!

02/06/2025: A nice discovery in the center of Alba. The dishes are delicious and well-prepared, the atmosphere is welcoming and the service attentive. Definitely worth returning!
20/05/2025: Restaurant in the center of Alba, 50 meters from Via Vittorio Emanuele, elegant interior room with attention to detail, prepared and professional staff, always with a smile. We tried the poached egg and the braised veal cheek, perhaps the best braised meat I've ever eaten! I would perhaps review the side dish, the puree was excellent, while the whole carrots didn't entirely convince me... We recommend trying it!
