Although it has been a very long time since I last came to eat in this place, the tradition in terms of quality and hospitality has not faded.
Traditional dishes cooked in an excellent manner and friendly service guarantee a positive experience.
From ravioli with Plin, to veal with tuna sauce, to Piedmontese boiled meat, to desserts. All according to the ancient recipes of the area.
The wine list is excellent, the venue is beautiful and the quality of the service in the room is beautiful.
Dogs are welcome...icing on the cake.🙂
Price/quality ratio more than acceptable.
Right portions and not at all small!😃

Delicious food. Typical dishes from Piedmont, good service who also speak excellent English (even though we are trying to learn Italian). Highly recommended!

Excellent restaurant in the center of Bra near the station. The interior is very elegant and characteristic. The menu is varied and features traditional Piedmontese cuisine with high quality products served in an elegant and professional manner. Parking can be found nearby. Excellent quality/price ratio.

An excellent historic restaurant in the center of Bra. Gastronomic menu with a purely Piedmontese flavour. Excellent quality raw materials. Simple and appetizing classic dishes. The starters were excellent, the first courses were very good. Excellent service, attentive and courteous. Large and complete wine list. The desserts are good.
Prices in line with the type of venue.

Ultimo giorno di un week end di fuga nelle Langhe prenotiamo a Bra al Battaglino per pranzo. Molto bella la location: è immediatamente chiaro guardando le foto alle pareti che ha cent’anni di attività, ma con grandi tocchi di modernità. Agnolotti del plin al sugo d’arrosto preparati a regola d’arte. Vengono mantecati in padella al tavolo. Siccome era sabato, vai di bollito con grandi salse preparate in casa. Molto buono. Peccato non aver provato il menù vegetariano, ma sarà per la prossima volta. Grandi consigli anche per i vini (e senza proporre necessariamente vini costosi). Forse una pecca: quando si riempie il ristorante potrebbe risultare un po’ rumoroso. In ogni caso, Complimenti!

Posto carino, ma molto molto rumoroso. Per parlare occorre urlare.
Servizio veloce, fin troppo.
Piatti elaborati e soprattutto quelli vegetariani un po' piatti, senza gusto.
Coniglio, come secondo, portato con una intera coscia ma impossibile da tagliare con il coltello ed è stato necessario usare le mani... non proprio elegante.
Dolce buono ma eccessivo in quantità. Sproporzione fra le diverse portate.
