Wow! We absolutely loved every moment of this experience. The views of the coliseum are amazing. The service was attentive and very friendly. And of course the star of the show, the food was delicious and so beautifully presented. True artwork with beautiful attention to detail. I selected the fish menu with wine pairing and every dish and wine was a real pleasure to the palate. It was one of the highlights to our anniversary celebration. The desserts were amazing too and the even surprised us with an extra anniversary dessert.

The stunning view certainly adds a wow factor to the visit, but unfortunately, the meal did not match the setting. The dishes were underwhelming for the price, and the staff, while polite, seemed in a hurry, which detracted from what could have been a relaxing evening. A beautiful location, but the overall value is questionable.”

Two things that stood out were the service from the staff, who, although they didn't speak Spanish, did their best to explain each dish and serve us in our language. Second, the food, with high-quality dishes and excellent presentation. If I could improve anything, it would be the ventilation; even when we were seated near the air conditioning, it was very hot at the time we booked (1:30 p.m. in June). The other thing was the time between courses; they took a little longer than ideal (especially given the heat), but each dish was worth the wait.

We were seated for our reservation within minutes of our scheduled time. The service was absolutely outstanding. Fast, efficient, helpful and informative. The food was delicious, beautiful and very obviously thoughtfully curated. The wine pairings were absolutely perfect. The VIEW, while we thought would be the main attraction, truly ended up being the cherry on the top of the entire experience. While this was VERY expensive, for a once in a lifetime dinner on a birthday vacation, this was well worth it.

Aroma was amazing. Thankfully, my wife got reservations months ago, and while I mocked her for it, it turned out to be a great place. Everything there was amazing, from the food, service, atmosphere, views, to the guests who were there around us (Italian PM was seated behind us with a French delegation and all their security). I can’t praise this place enough!!

Probably a good restaurant, I wanted to get in without a reservation 😆 They answered me very politely that I had to wait, they would check if there was a place. Of course, everything turned out to be occupied, you can only book through the website and everything is booked until winter 😅

One of the most stunning views in all of Rome, paired with an exquisite lunch and excellent service -- talk about a worthwhile splurge! It had been several years since we were here, and it was wonderful to return. Fabulous food (we had the pasta with scorpionfish, lobster risotto, veal, and lamb), delicious amuse bouche and sweets ... a completely lovely experience.

The waiting room to the desert, we were extremely well-cared for by an amazing team of people. We could see their pride in the service and food they provided. That doesn’t even cover the incredible views of a sun-setting behind the Flavian Amphitheater and the Forum.
