Great experience all around. We had read reviews that people felt rushed at the end, there was a small amount of that, but I think they were just trying to get ready for the next seating perhaps. Food was excellent. I did the white truffle menu. I’m not sure if it’s worth the price, but for me the courses seemed the most appealing.

November 23, 2025. A location that speaks for itself, but it's almost overwhelmed by the quality and deliciousness of all the dishes prepared by the chefs. The service is just as 10/10 as the cuisine: attentive, elegant, and never intrusive, and it's thanks to this that this experience is unique every time.

This was my favorite Michelin experience! Pablo, Diego, and especially Frederico were incredible company, experts in their craft and making the experience more than we could have ever asked for. They treated us like absolute royalty. The food was so elevated yet so homey. I would eat any of the dishes again and again. We will come back when we are in Rome again!

The Manfredi Hotel is amazing!! We loved dining and staying at this hotel.. The views are stunning the service was great and the food was very good. It was our first time in Italy, I would definitely revisit Aroma Restaurant.

A restaurant with a breathtaking view of the Colosseum. Various tasting menus, all inviting; our favorite is the "Corinthian" menu, featuring excellent red mullet and delicious guinea fowl. Superb desserts. High-quality wines by the glass. Efficient service, with friendly staff. The bill is a bit high, but... the view of the Colosseum is worth it.

I always visit Michelin star restaurants wherever I go and this is the first time where I believe that attention to detail and a curated experience might be only happening at the kitchen. Food was exquisite, I don’t have a doubt we were served the best quality. However waiters were lacking of attention, mixing up plates, giving a memorized almost automatic description of what they were serving us instead of focusing on delivering every meal with elegance and detailed explanation. Not just a 1 second super fast incomprensible explanation. It was my birthday and they apparently didn’t read that prior the reservation and on top of everything I had to take my drink from the cooler several times (which is not a problem however is not something happening at any Michelin star restaurant I’ve been). As I said, a lot of Michelin guideline points were NOT taken into consieration. I honestly don’t know how they are conserving the star, might be because of the kitchen. Congratulations on the chef and everyone involved on preparing the food, that was 10 out of 10. More than that, I had a best experience of the nonna preparing pasta the night before. But I got an email to give feedback online so this is it, I wanted to make it less public but here we are. I would definitely come back for the food and the view, not the experience.

Posto piuttosto affollato, informale, ma di sostanza. Proposta interessante e trasparente. Tra i piatti a base di tartufo ho scelto degli ottimi tagliolini ai porcini, con tartufo direttamente porzionato al momento. Buoni anche gli spatzle. Anche il tortel di patate è magistrale. Ottime le frittelle di mele. Buona proposta di vini al calice. Prezzi tutto sommato contenuti per la qualità erogata. Assolutamente consigliato

Overvurdert. På det beste, helt ok mat mtp stjerne og konsept. Atmosfæren fullstendig ødelagt av flere som bruker anledningen til privat photoshow med medbrakt lys og det hele. Utsikten får du akkurat som på bilde. Brukte 630 euro på 2 x 5retter med et par glass vin. Styr unna.
