Service Food was great. Even simple olive oil was awesome. The only thing i didnt like was that some guests were in sportswear, soo dresscode applies only for some people

We had a wonderful New Year's Eve dinner here. Our booking requests were fully met.
Prices are quite high compared to other one-Michelin-starred restaurants, but the ambiance and view are fantastic.
Service was attentive. The food was very good, but not phenomenal. We especially enjoyed the "Colosseum" dessert.

We were at the Aroma restaurant , not staying at the hotel. We had the tasting menu and sitting in front of the Colosseum was an excellent experience for us. Otherwise, the food was average. For the price we paid, I would think the chef should be more creative.

If you're here for the view, no problem. But if you're here for the food, Rome has many better options. I think the Michelin stars should be for the view. We ordered a set meal with two main courses and one dessert, and we were very full. Three desserts were served in total.

Stayed at Palm Suite and had breakfast at Aroma—an unforgettable experience. The panoramic view of the Colosseum is truly spectacular, the staff are warm and attentive, and the buffet includes unexpected luxuries like champagne and caviar. A fantastic way to start the day in Rome and absolutely worth seeking out.

Posto piuttosto affollato, informale, ma di sostanza.
Proposta interessante e trasparente.
Tra i piatti a base di tartufo ho scelto degli ottimi tagliolini ai porcini, con tartufo direttamente porzionato al momento.
Buoni anche gli spatzle.
Anche il tortel di patate è magistrale.
Ottime le frittelle di mele.
Buona proposta di vini al calice.
Prezzi tutto sommato contenuti per la qualità erogata.

Location eccezionale vista sul Colosseo rist stellato menù fissi sui 250 euro o alla carta. Accoglienza bella servizio all altezza lista dei vini buona consiglio l amatriciana!!!!!!
