Ristorante Aroma at Palazzo Manfredi In Roma

Went to Aroma for lunch and our experience was amazing. It was both my boyfriend and I’s first Michelin Star restaurant and it did not disappoint. The food, service, atmosphere, and the view is a 10/10 for us. I highly recommend if you have never done a dining experience like this before.

One of the most stunning views in all of Rome, paired with an exquisite lunch and excellent service -- talk about a worthwhile splurge! It had been several years since we were here, and it was wonderful to return. Fabulous food (we had the pasta with scorpionfish, lobster risotto, veal, and lamb), delicious amuse bouche and sweets ... a completely lovely experience.

Omg what a dream! I've been waiting 2+ years to go here and yes its a little pricey but worth it in everyday! The SERVICE IS AMAZING, THE FOOD IS SOO AMAZING AND DELICIOUS AND DIFFERENT! You will never eat a another meal like this in your life! It's a must try with a put of this world view! The only thing I do suggest is if you go in the day bring sunglasses as the bright sun was bothering my eyes. But this is minor and does not reflect the amazing Restaurant and my experience! This is a must go to place. And yes reservations are a little hard to get but keep checking for the days u are available and make it work! Bc its a meal I will never forget for my whole life!

One of the best Michelin set menus I’ve ever had, especially with the wine pairing throughout the courses! The service was great, the sommelier was amazing, and the night view made the experience unforgettable.

A superb restaurant with a breathtaking view, it was a very good dinner. Superb menus, the dishes deserve their star! It's certainly excessively priced, but it's a package you pay for.

We have breakfast here and the service great. The staff are friendly and quickly respond to requests. Enjoyed the beautiful view of the colosseum.

This was our first Michelin star experience and it did not disappoint! We did the meat tasting menu with wine pairings and were amazed by every detail. The service alone was fascinating but the food is something we will never forget. Very expensive, but we don't have options like this at home (or anywhere nearby), so it was a rare opportunity for us and we could not be any more pleased with the entire experience.

We went there for dinner to celebrate my best mate’s birthday. We had a 9:45 pm reservation, we took the wrong bus which delayed our arrival for 13 mins. I tried to call twice to tell them but unfortunately no one picked up so there is one thing. The reception seemed busy and unsettled during my arrival but I did being greeted and guided to my seat accordingly. The tables are kind of a bit closer to each other ones than I expected . The service was alright! I thought waiter can explain more thoroughly about the menu or wine list to me a bit more. Or at least ask if we would like to know more. ( I understand some diners want to read the menu on their own). So this is lacking a bit as a restaurant that had received a Michelin star on 2023 and given the price range of the restaurant. The food quality — as a savvy dinner who have visited a lot of fine dining restaurants. I think this one is on par with a lot of the other ones. The seafood was quite delicious. If you enjoy food that has more flavor and seasoning. This should be the one for you. However, I would honestly say I have been to restaurants that serves more delicious or memorable dishes than this one. The portions make sense as well. They didn’t miss the birthday celebration which was very nice of the service team. Another the big upside of this restaurant is that you can oversee the Coliseum. Stunning view to dine with! 5 stars in terms of ambience!

Pleasant atmosphere with a beautiful view of the Colosseum. High temperatures during the day, the air conditioning is inefficient. Professional and very welcoming service. The dishes are well-prepared, but not surprising. Extremely small portions, be prepared to fill up on the breads served with olive oil. The desserts are works of art. High price for delivery, negative cost-benefit.
