What a wonderful experience!
We called up to make reservations and received a friendly welcome on arrival; parking was not a problem.
Reading from the QR on the table posed the usual problem of deciphering the menu. Having done this successfully, we ordered a very nice bottle of Alibaria Vermentino. For antipasti, we shared a delicious artistically presented fagottini di pasta strudel (lightly baked filo parcels stuffed w sea bream and sea urchins in Aurora sauce). I then followed with excellent hand-made black ravioli stuffed with grouper and served w clams and baby tomatoes for primi while my wife had the equally excellent calamarata pasta w mussels, clams and saffron. But that was not the end of this feast: while my wife had a generous insalata mista I had wonderful tagliata di tonno rosso in sesame crust (Yashimi) with salad and then finished with limoncello; my wife, with excellent home-made tiramisu.
Many congratulations to the chefs, and also to the attentive servers, all done in a comfortable setting.
We will return, no sooner than this evening.
