Enjoyable restaurant and pet friendly. It's high-end ish but somehow doesn't really impress. I think 4 stars is where it sits.

Fantastic restaurant with incredibly friendly owners. Unfortunately, I can only give 5 stars for the service. It's probably already common knowledge that Andrea's dishes are a culinary delight… and the prices are absolutely reasonable for this quality (starter: porcini carpaccio, followed by tagliolini al tartufo di Palazzolo con uovo poche, dessert: ricotta with strawberry sauce). The wine recommendation was, as always, excellent. It's well worth the trip, especially since Palazzolo Acreide is simply beautiful… Update November 2025: Nothing has changed. Simply superb!

Really lovely staff — super friendly and attentive from start to finish. The food presentation was beautiful, very creative and a bit on the posh side, which we appreciated. The wine was excellent too, definitely one of the highlights of the meal. That said, some of the dishes looked better than they tasted. A few lacked flavour, which made them feel a bit plain despite the fancy presentation. Had we known, we probably would’ve gone to one of the more traditional restaurants nearby, where the food tends to have a bit more punch. Overall though, great service, stylish vibe, and amazing wine — just needs a little more flavour to match the presentation.

Can’t say enough good about this restaurant. I’ve been in Sicily for 12 days. Have had meals of all sorts — “nicer” ones, more casual, etc. so far most of my favorite food has come from chill little spots run by one or two people…but Andrea just salvaged the “nice” bucket. You can tell the team has experience, and found their voice a long time ago. You can’t fake a connection — if it’s there it’s there. Perfect meal. I just canceled my dinner reservations for tomorrow because I have to end my trip on that.

05/06/2025: Lo digo... ¡la mejor experiencia de restaurante en Noto! Difícil conseguir una reserva, pero lo conseguimos. Los vinos son excelentes El servicio al cliente es perfecto El menú es versátil y no más asequible de lo que se podría pensar. Ambiente es precioso (nos sentamos dentro) Teníamos - Ensalada de naranja, oliva, hinojo - Fava y sopa de garbanzos con ricota y pan rallado Ricotta frita - raviolis y salchicha de cerdo -albóndigas También trajeron un aperitivo que prepararon. Todo era sabroso, complejo, bien dividido... sin notas. Mi favorita fue la Sopa de Fava y Garbanzos. Ojalá viniera aquí dos noches seguidas en lugar de ir a NACHE (que odiaba) porque había muchas cosas que quería pedir. Recomiendo encarecidamente. Tengo dos noches más de mis vacaciones, pero creo que esta puede ser mi experiencia culinaria favorita en toda Sicilia.
