Ristorante Andrea In Palazzolo acreide

Great restaurant with super-friendly owners. Unfortunately, I can only give it 5 stars for the service. Word should be getting around by now that Andrea's dishes are a culinary delight...and the prices are absolutely reasonable for the quality (starter: porcini mushroom carpaccio, followed by tagliolini al tartufo di Palazzolo con uovo poche, dessert: ricotta with strawberry sauce). The wine recommendation is, as usual, excellent. It's worth the longer journey, especially since Palazzolo Acreide is simply beautiful...

I have never written a review before, but Lucia and Andrea deserve it. She explains and advises with competence and empathy, he masterfully creates. All with excellent raw materials. Memorable result ❣️

Very refined place near the Town Hall, food with typical products presented in a very chic way. Excellent service and toilets not only very clean, but also equipped with some comforts.

Andrea in Palazzolo Acreide offers an outstanding dining experience. The setting is refined yet welcoming, and the cuisine reflects both skill and passion. Their selection of slow food salsiccia and cheese is exceptional — rich in flavor and clearly chosen with care. The tartar, in particular, was a standout: delicate, perfectly seasoned, and beautifully presented. Every course showed a deep respect for ingredients and tradition. Service was attentive and warm throughout. A place where quality truly speaks for itself — highly recommended.

Freaking delicious, intimate setting, novel regional cuisine

Pleasant place in the central area. A tasting and à la carte menu. Starter: a good omelette filled with trout. Risotto with trout and licorice, and suckling pig with discreet pistachio cream. The sweet semifreddo of ricotta and truffle flakes is excellent. Discreet service.

Extraordinary food in the incredibly pretty town of Palazzolo Acreide. High quality cuisine and ingredients. Excellent wine choice. Lovely staff. Highly recommended.

Really very good, great welcome, very good meal and really not very expensive… I recommend this restaurant

Dopo anni che rimandavamo la visita in questo locale, finalmente io e mio marito decidiamo di festeggiare qui il sesto anniversario di matrimonio. Il menù ha un numero ristretto di scelte, fatto che per me è assolutamente indice di alta qualità e di estrema cura nello scegliere ingredienti e combinazioni. Dopo aver preso un prosecco iniziale, ci è arrivato un amuse bouche di benvenuto: uovo di quaglia con caviale e piccola panella con frutto del cappero. Come antipasti abbiamo preso mio marito un arancino allo zafferano su salsa non specificata nel menù (e di cui abbiamo dimenticato di chiedere delucidazioni) e io una tartare di vitello molto particolare. Questa era servita su una crema di cipolle, aceto e altri ingredienti e decorata con fave fritte e alghe croccanti. Il contrasto fra l' acidità della crema e la dolcezza della carne è stata esplosiva, peccato per l'eccessiva sapidità dell'alga. Come secondi abbiamo scelto io l'agnello barbecue accompagnato da una cremosissima fonduta di ragusano e mio marito la salsiccia 3.0, servita sbudellata, ricomposta a mo' di hamburger e cotta nel miele. Infine abbiamo voluto dividere un dessert: un semifreddo alla ricotta servito con ingredienti e sapori inaspettati: un olio buonissimo e scaglie di tartufo. Dissonanza cognitiva: poteva essere sia un dolce che un antipasto! Il servizio è stato efficiente, veloce e cortese. Piccolissime note per cui ero indecisa se mettere 4 o 5 stelle: troppo sapidi l'uovo di quaglia e l'alga e, l'agnello, per quanto buono, me lo sarei aspettato un po' più tenero. Alla fine ho scelto di mettere il massimo dei voti perché Andrea è una realtà che da tantissimi anni valorizza il territorio palazzolese e le materie prime iblee con sapienti e sorprendenti combinazioni di gusti e con un'elevata qualità della cucina e del servizio. Da rifare assolutamente! PS Da poco tempo nel menù ci sono anche le pizze, fatte con farine di grani antichi siciliani. Avendo assaporato la qualità della cucina, sono sicura che vale la pena anche assaggiare le pizze.
