Pranzo delizioso ed inaspettato presso questo bel ristorante di Palazzolo Acreide. Locale molto accogliente che ricorda la casa della nonna , con bellissimi pavimenti in graniglia. Gestione familiare con Andrea in cucina e la gentile consorte a condurre la sala. Antipasto di cardoncelli fritti ed una tartare con una salsa favolosa a base di datteri Tagliolini ai funghi freschi di stagione ed a seguire salsiccia 3.0. Tutto eccellente . Prezzo assolutamente onesto , in linea con la politica dei bib gourmand Michelin. Toilette pulitissima. Peccato la distanza da Palermo , ma meditiamo di ritornare per gustare le altre interessanti proposte . Carta dei vini interessante .

High level restaurant in the historic center, the chef and owner Andrea expresses his experience in revisited typical dishes, starting with the grand entree and freshly baked bread in the restaurant accompanied by new oil from a local company, we continue with excellent dishes on a plate in an impeccable manner, worth mentioning pumpkin and diaphragm and risotto with trout and liquorice, fantastic dessert of ricotta muss and persimmons, in the dining room the wife leads the journey in an masterful, refined and extensive wine list, congratulations, we will be back

Andrea has a good head in terms of the idea and concept of the dish, unfortunately technically there are some shortcomings. The suckling pig I ate was tough, the lamb provola fondue was gelatinous and sticky. He can improve a lot and I'm sure he will. Excellent selection of wines

Il menù non sembra così interessante ma si mangia molto bene. Personale gentile e competente. Location tradizionale in centro a Palazzolo. Conto super onesto.

Dined here twice over the past years. Exceptional ingredients. Definitely worth a detour if driving around val di Noto. Great value for money.

The food was okay, there were definitely better pizzas in town. The rabbit was also a bit dry. However, the service is very courteous and there are many good wines to choose from.
