Wonderful. New management, new name: CONTRASTI: molecular kitchen. The owner or chef Christian was very attentive, and everything was delicious, a fantastic bread and all food.! I would like to go back to try the tasting menu!

31/12/2025: Everything was perfect: excellent food, service, and ambiance, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The desserts were truly unique and delicious. Highly recommended!
19/10/2025: A great place! The pizzas are excellent and we will definitely come back on our next trip to Colle. The terrace with a view is ideal! Not only do I recommend it, but I also strongly encourage you to try this great restaurant!

Ristorante Borgo Antico

18/10/2025: It is located in a hamlet on a hill, quiet, a very nice and welcoming place, we stayed there for dinner and we made the right choice, we also had breakfast which was very well stocked with everything
06/10/2025: We had a three-day Yamaha meeting, a well-stocked breakfast with a variety of choices, and a group-planned dinner with quality dishes and efficient, fast table service. We'll be back at the first opportunity.
