Found by chance and was thrilled.
The location is beautiful and the waiters super kind.

On Sunday I had a pleasant lunch at the lake.
The premises are those of the old tram station that connected Sarnico to Trescore and then Bergamo, where the Al Tram restaurant was opened in 1951.
It is a historic venue, divinely renovated, with elegant and refined rooms.
The menu ranges between traditional Bergamo dishes and fish dishes, furthermore the owners also have excellent wines produced by their cellar "Il Calepino".

Abbiamo festeggiato un compleanno in famiglia una domenica a pranzo. Ci hanno riservato una saletta solo per noi con camino (a gas ma molto scenico e caloroso).
Essendo in 12 e avendo optato per menù alla carta abbiamo ordinato di tutto, antipasti e chi primo o secondo. Ottimo il tris di pesce di antipasto con tartarre di tonno, salmone squisito e magrissimo e polenta con moscardini. Nota di merito anche per i casoncelli e il fritto misto. I prezzi sono appena sopra la media, diciamo che non è un ristorante mordi e fuggi bensì lo trovo indicato per delle ricorrenze. Servizio impeccabile, proprietario simpatico e gentile, siamo stati molto bene e mi sento di consigliarlo assolutamente.

Locale elegante, fronte lago con un dedalo di sale (anche private).
Ottimi piatti e servizio celere. Una meraviglia vedere le pareti con numerose bottiglie di vino di ogni tipologia e costo.
Abbiamo cenato a esce e devo dire che siamo restati soddisfatti.
Ottimi anche i dolci fatti in casa.
