Martina and Luca welcomed us warmly and attentively to their recently opened restaurant, serving delicious traditional dishes, beautifully presented with care and elegance, in a setting furnished with equal care in mountain style. They are also very sensitive to intolerances and, as in my case, they offer excellent gluten-free options. I recommend them to everyone for the food, the atmosphere, and the hospitality, which together are truly a treat.

A new opening in Sant'Antonio (SO) waiting to be discovered! The chef offers a cuisine that pays attention to detail, tasty and modern, while remaining faithful to tradition. After a welcome appetizer with a delicate and enveloping flavor, we began dinner with appetizers (we tried them all), which were truly well-executed and all excellent. Continuing with the first courses, the pizzoccheri were delicious, and the risotto, with its delicate flavor, was equally as delicious. To finish, the tartlet with ricotta mousse and berries exceeded expectations, perfectly sweet.

A brand new restaurant 7 mins away from Bormio by car. The menu is quite limited, allowing for great care and focus towards the quality of each dish. They serve typical local cuisine and everything we tasted was a delight (pizzoccheri, chicken, beef stew). We did not try deserts although they looked really good. The staff is extremely kind and friendly and simply there to ensure you have a comfortable experience. Highly recommended

This was my second visit, and I tried five different dishes: from pizzoccheri to beef tartare, and lentil and chard croquettes: everything was excellent! I really like the idea of a simple menu with just a few dishes.
The food was impeccable, and the wine was excellent, as was the Proxy Rossa!
The atmosphere was very refined, rustic yet elegant.
To be very picky, I think the staff could be a little slower, but they were still very attentive, kind, and caring!
