The managers, Luca and Martina, are truly kind and professional, driven by their love for what they do. They pay the utmost attention to detail, not only in the dishes themselves. Le Cigamole restaurant is just a stone's throw from Bormio, so it's a recommended stop. It's definitely worth a stop.

Great selection of ingredients and wines. High quality in the ingredients and attention to the local choices. Very good knowledge of the wines and terroir, which is supporting well the client choice. It comes clear that there is lot of study behind, research and passion. But the problem comes with dish portion' sizes. I got a "secondo" but the size was smaller that my antipasto. Disappointing, then overpriced.
