You probably won't find it on The Fork or TripAdvisor, but it deserves five stars for the quality of the food and the friendliness and kindness of the staff. Excellent dishes prepared directly by the owner.

We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance. We ate well. Tagliatelle with black truffle was truly delicious. The Orvieto Chardonnay was excellent. The wild boar with polenta and the mixed boiled meats were equally excellent. The desserts, both the castagnaccio and the ricotta cake, were truly delicious. The price was in line with the quality of the ingredients. Definitely worth trying.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I've been to Trattoria al Corsica and I have to say it's the best place to eat mushroom specialties! Truly artisanal dishes, authentic flavors, and huge portions. The mushrooms are cooked to perfection: fragrant, tasty, and of the highest quality. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the service is friendly and fast. If you're in the Orvieto area, this is a must-visit: I'll definitely be back!

Excellent, found by chance. Despite being full, they managed to accommodate a large group even though we didn't have a reservation. The owner was very helpful, the food was tasty and plentiful. We tried a variety of typical products, all excellent, from the platter to the first courses and the meats. Nothing was overlooked, everything was delicious, and we polished it all off with gusto. Highly recommended.

An excellent trattoria in the historic center of Orvieto. We went there with a couple of friends and had a wonderful meal. The polenta with Orvieto sausage and the tagliolini with truffles were especially noteworthy...amazing!

17/01/2026: Ivan, what can I say? A truly delightful discovery! Farmhouse egg with truffles was AMAZING, Cinta Senese ravioli, and sliced ​​steak with porcini mushrooms to mop up the sauce. At the parking lot of the lower viewpoint of the Marmore Falls, among the sandwich trucks and refreshment stands, there's this restaurant that could easily be a tourist trap. Instead, it's a real restaurant with a very welcoming atmosphere, very friendly service, and good food at fair prices. The menu specializes in meats, but there's a bit of everything. They could have made an easier choice, but instead they went for quality. Well done!

05/01/2026: We originally came to Charlie’s looking for pizza but accidentally arrived too early to get pizza. Regardless it was amazing, the vegetable soup was perfect for a cold day. My sister who has celiac, often making it difficult to find an enjoyable dining experience, was met with many options on the menu. She was even given gluten free crackers as an alternative for the bread the rest of us were given. We had many restrictions in our party aside from the celiac, including nut allergies and a vegetarian diet, all of which were accommodated to. The wine and espresso were both amazing and had great flavor. The service was excellent and our server was patient with us, providing us insight on the menu in English. This is most definitely somewhere I would recommend.
04/01/2026: Excellent restaurant, best reserved given the high demand. Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent dishes, beautifully presented. Recommended are the cod Orvietana-style and the homemade desserts. We'll be back!
