The wine cellar is excellent, it's a shame that they didn't provide the ice bucket otherwise the service would have been 5 stars. There was no oil at the table to be able to adjust the seasoning a little. Definitely worth trying again.

Marvelous risotteria in Parma. If you are looking to eat risotto this is the place to come to. The ingredients change every month keeping the menu fresh. Apart from rice the antipasti are excellent with focaccias, burrata and very abundant taglieri of salumi to share. I strongly recommend it.

Friendly staff, nice place. If you love risotto you absolutely must come here. Elaborate and well-balanced dishes. Modest expense, 87 euros well spent A very good appetizer Trio of sensational risottos!! Not a bad dessert Two glasses of wine Two waters Two coffees (I prefer to spend the money like this rather than €50 just on steak, here there is study of the ingredients and skill in knowing how to balance them) Well done everyone, very nice owner Greetings from Empoli

Serata fra amici prima volta Tutto molto buono serata piacevole(primo TURNO) locale carino un consiglio da dare :i piatti (la stoviglia) andrebbe scaldata, così il riso non arriva tiepido o nel caso del mio amico freddo ( subito rifatto il piatto una volta fatto notare)

Locale giovane, informale. Personale allegro, attento, servizio veloce. Buono L antipasto proposto per il tavolo: chips di zucca fritta, culaccia con burratina, sformatino di carote viola , bastoncini di polenta fritta e involtini di pancetta con ripieno al formaggio. Assaggio di quattro risotti scelti da noi ( il meno apprezzato è stata la bomba al ragù con cotto, ma è un parere personale) e due porzioni di ottima sbrisolona con zabaione. Prezzi corretti. Consigliato.

03/11/2024: We came by this wine shop/bar looking for a small bite to eat about 30 min before closing. Just keep in mind this isn’t really a restaurant; but they do serve prosciutto and other sliced meats and horse (but they didn’t have it on Sunday since the butcher is closed). This was a small unassuming eatery located closer to the outskirts of downtown. We saw a large family gathering to their and sharing a meal. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. We ordered a plate with various deli meats and Parmesan: very tasty!! Perfect for 2!

26/09/2024: I have asked myself several times what to expect from a Michelin Starred Restaurant. I had the pleasure and honor of participating in a company lunch in this restaurant, where the menu was agreed upon. It was a magnificent emotional journey, where nothing was left to chance: from the welcome to the service, from the dishes offered to the paired wines. I was struck by almost all the dishes, where the search for particular combinations was perceived, to express taste, technique and imagination. From the entrance: oyster, apple and dill to the pre-dessert and the final small pastry and sweets. Elegant dishes, with exhaustive explanation for each dish offered. All Exciting 🌟
