We would like to give an extensive and special thank you to Gaspare, the maître d'hôtel who received us for dinner and the next day for the breakfast. He made us feel at home, took care of all our culinary needs and even made the kitchen create a dessert from scratch due to my lactose allergy. Usually there is always something that doesn't hit the high note during a meal, but in this case, we started with the appetizer, followed by a first course, main course and dessert which were all one more exquisite than the other... there wasn't a single mistake. Everything was tasty, deliciously fresh and perfectly cooked. That, combined with Gaspare's extensive years of experience in the hospitality industry, made our stay truly wonderful. We will be back. A great place for walking in the hills if you haven't had enough of the outlet, the restaurant is trendy, but of course it's not for everyone, the rooms are from the 80s, but comfortable, the staff is friendly, we've been coming here for several years - not bad

Great place perfect to forget everything and relax

Very nice and elegant original Italian villa, surrounded by a nice Italian style garden and swimming pool. The room are spacious, and there is an ancient elegant feeling in them. The breakfast is excellent, special thanks to the head manager Mr. Gasparre for his warm welcome and attention to details.

Large historic complex with a nice classic interior. Good size new outdoor pool and nice area around the pool. Classic room is a good size and I like it more than the smaller Standard room. There is enough parking. Breakfast was good, but a few years ago the selection was a bit larger. I have to admit that in every hotel where we have had a repeat visit, the breakfast selection has become a bit smaller compared to previous years. 5 minutes drive from Serravalle Outlet. No mirror in the room. No free water in the room, would be very welcome in hot weather. There was only one free socket in the room and it was also broken.

Relais Villa Pomela is a real surprise. A pleasant surprise. The hotel has incredible charm. It's magnificent. It feels like a step back in time, a journey through time. The technology that pollutes our era is absent, and that's a very good thing. At times, I thought I was in the "Overlook" hotel from the movie "The Shining." It's very clean, very well maintained. Very peaceful. The staff is attentive and caring. The only two areas for improvement, I think, are the bathroom (which is still very good as it is), and the standard of breakfast: it's strange to book a package with breakfast and get a soft-boiled egg or omelet at an extra cost when hard-boiled eggs are included in the price...the breakfast needs to be expanded.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Relais Villa Pomela, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The location is peaceful and surrounded by beautiful nature, making it the perfect escape from the city. The villa itself is charming and elegant, with well-preserved historical architecture and tasteful decor. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. My room was spacious, comfortable, and immaculately clean, with a lovely view of the garden. I also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast – fresh, delicious, and served in a beautiful setting. This hotel is a hidden gem, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and refined stay in the Italian countryside. I will definitely return!
