We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was beautiful and very clean. They even had a hamam feature in the shower. The property is also stunning and cortona is a lovely town. Highly recommend if you’re planning a trip to Tuscany!

Our stay at La Corte Dei Papi was one of the highlights of our trip to Italy. The elegant accommodations, relaxing grounds and attentive service created the ultimate in relaxation. The food, not only the best we had in Italy, was some of the best food we have ever eaten anywhere worldwide. A stay at La Corte Dei Papi will be a "must" on all our return visits to Italy.

This has to be one of the best places you could have a wedding at on earth. The service from David and the rest of the staff was top notch. They made everyone feel at home. I loved the pool and the beautiful scenery here.

He and his staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and taken care of, from personalized recommendations to thoughtful touches throughout our stay. Whether you’re sipping wine under olive trees, relaxing by the pool, or enjoying a meal, everything at La Corte Dei Papi feels intentional, peaceful, and elegant. The turkish spa in our room was incredible as well! If you’re looking for a romantic, luxurious, and authentically Tuscan experience this is it. Posto meraviglioso, molto tranquillo e riservato. Personale accogliente e molto simpatico. Camere ampie e pulite. Abbiamo cenato in ristorante e siamo stati benissimo. Piatti buonissimi, molto curati. Per il nostro parere, che abbiamo mangiato in diversi ristoranti stellati a questo risrotante non manca niente per avere una stella Michelin!!!

My husband and I stayed here for four nights during our honeymoon around Tuscany. This hotel is a very beautiful and special place. When we arrived in from one of our previously visited cities, it was a Monday afternoon and the hotel restaurant was not open that night. Zoe helped us to reserve a table at a delicious local restaurant that was a short taxi ride away. (Definitely rent a car if you can or you will have to pay a pretty penny for the local taxis.) David the owner came to our room when we arrived with an aperitivo of some of their prosecco. The hotel grounds are well kept and very nice for sitting and enjoying the serenity of the area. We booked a cooking class with the executive chef and we handmade amazing dishes and enjoyed them for lunch as a four course meal. Greta helped translate the chef’s words to us from Italian to English the entire class and it all went very smoothly. We ate dinner in the hotel restaurant two nights and the food was superb. I ordered the fusilloni pasta two nights in a row because it was that good. The service in the restaurant was exceptional and professional as well. The breakfast buffet was great with freshly baked goods and the fruits were fresh and ripe. The waiters were always by our side and ready to make any hot drinks or anything else hot from the kitchen. We did use the hotel’s laundry service and our clothing was clean and nicely ironed. The housekeeping team did an excellent job, always leaving our room super clean and looking untouched and closing the outside shutters at turndown. All of the staff were readily available to provide anything extra if we needed. David has done a phenomenal job in training his staff. I feel like I have more to say but this will do for now! We would love to return back one day with more friends and family to share Relais La Corte dei Papi with. Thank you all again!!
