Our son and daughter in love hosted their wedding there on October 4, 2025. Absolutely stellar service. He rented out the whole venue for 4 days and the food, atmosphere, the staff was incredible. Very attentive, always willing to help and the Owner, David, was right there as well. The welcome dinner, the cocktail hour, the reception, the brunch the day after....spectacular. Everything was incredible! Thank you all.

The location and setting are remarkable and very welcoming. The first impression was very nice, but after checking in, the speed and superficiality with which they handed over and explained the suite to us was an immediate warning. The rooms were very beautiful, welcoming, and stylish, but we immediately noticed a lack of cleanliness. The service in the restaurant left much to be desired; the staff couldn't speak Italian, and no dinner dish was explained or described to us, unlike our 5⭐️ competitors. The water was in a carafe, not labeled, and breakfast was unsuitable for this group, considering I'm lactose intolerant. A decent experience, but far from the asking price.

We had an excellent time here, the property is beautiful, the staff and the owner were fantastic! We will come again in the future!

The location is absolutely breathtaking, with immaculate grounds that feel like they’ve been plucked straight from a fairytale. Every room is gorgeous, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, with five-star amenities that made all of our guests feel pampered and at home. We rented out the entire property for four days, and the experience was nothing short of extraordinary. David, the owner, is truly one of a kind. He is dedicated, kind, and incredibly hardworking. He anticipated every need—ours and our guests'—before we even had to ask. It’s rare to find someone so genuinely invested in making every moment perfect, and his passion shines through in everything he does. His staff are equally amazing: warm, professional, and a clear reflection of David’s high standards and personal touch. The pool and surrounding area are a true oasis—peaceful, private, and the perfect place to relax. And then there’s the food… wow. Every meal was a masterpiece, with flavors, quality, and presentation that rival the best restaurants in Italy. And their wine? Incredible. Every bottle was fantastic, but their Prosecco deserves a special mention—it may very well be the best in Italy! If you’re considering this venue for your wedding, don’t hesitate—just call David and book it. You will not find a more beautiful, well-run, or welcoming place to celebrate such a meaningful moment. And if you're just looking for a luxurious and peaceful getaway filled with amazing food and wine, this is the spot. There’s not a single bad room on the property (we saw them all!), and you're only a short drive from charming Cortona—a must-visit while you're here. David and his team helped create memories we will cherish for the rest of our lives. We left with full hearts and already can't wait to return.

My husband and I attended a wedding in Cortona and stayed at La Corte dei Papi in late August for a week. It was SPLENDID. The setting, our room and the view, lovely pool and grounds, delicious breakfast and absolutely the most polite and accommodating staff. Room service was so efficient and nice. I needed a hairdresser and they recommended a superb local person who came to my room and was an artist. David was particularly attentive. If I could live there, I'd move in tomorrow. It will be our only choice to stay when we visit Tuscany again.

I cannot recommend a trip to Relais La Corte Dei Papi enough! The property is beautiful, serene, and idyllic for a Tuscan getaway. We had dinner on site all three nights of our stay, which was always incredible and it was so nice to not have to leave the property. Also during our stay my husband and I took a cooking class with one of their chefs which was so fun and one of the highlights of our trips. David and his entire staff are wonderful and were extremely helpful throughout our stay.

A beautiful hotel in a beautiful place. David, the owner, is amazing. So hospitable and creates an incredible ambiance. The food is delicious, the rooms are luxurious, and the pool is perfect. A definite must visit.

Our stay at La Corte Dei Papi was one of the highlights of our trip to Italy. The elegant accommodations, relaxing grounds and attentive service created the ultimate in relaxation. The food, not only the best we had in Italy, was some of the best food we have ever eaten anywhere worldwide. A stay at La Corte Dei Papi will be a "must" on all our return visits to Italy.
