Moving on to the food, we were greeted with a welcome starter, freshness and quality of the ingredients used in the impeccable seafood dishes. The service was impeccable, with short waiting times and attention to detail. Furthermore, the staff proved to be very attentive to the dietary needs of each customer, including any intolerances and allergies. In conclusion, I highly recommend the Regina Elena Restaurant. Ristorante eccellente. Cucina di mare classica con un tocco di innovazione. Ottima qualità delle materie prime, servizio attento e professionale. Selezione di vini accurata. Posizione centralissima, ambiente elegante e raffinato.

If you don't want the usual fish restaurant, here you will find the right compromise between tradition and innovation, all in a classy environment and with an excellent wine list. Prices appropriate to the quality and preparation. Absolutely recommended.

In quel di Pescara, abbiamo avuto l’occasione sotto consiglio, di conoscere questo angolo Speciale. Nasce in una stradina interna che da sul centro città, location pulita e ben curata nei dettagli, elegante al punto giusto! Una bella accoglienza e un servizio impeccabile, cordialità è la parola d’ordine. Soprattutto ci siamo sentiti da subito a nostro agio. Lo chef, Andrea Perfetti, non ne ha sbagliata una, il menù degustazione lo ha adattato alle nostre esigenze ed era tutto perfetto. Personalmente ho preferito il baccalà Mantecato, Patate e Tartufo Fresco e Spaghettone Cacio e Pepe, Gamberi Bianchi, Lime e Zenzero. La pasticceria faceva peccare! Il vino consigliato ci è piaciuto a tal punto che lo abbiamo acquistato tornati a casa, un Pinot Bianco Terre di San Rocco, Sur Lie. È un ristorante che consiglio per una cena speciale, una ricorrenza o semplicemente una serata in cui si vuole staccare dal mondo. Rapporto qualità prezzo adeguata per il prodotto offerto e per la lavorazione che c’è dietro. È solo un arrivederci!
