I ordered five books via the Feltrinelli online site, choosing to collect them at the bookshop in Piazza della Repubblica in Florence. Orders arrived on time, as expected, and pickup was quick and easy. On that same occasion, I decided to purchase two more books directly in the shop and I had the pleasure of being assisted by Giulia. A person I will remember for a long time: very knowledgeable, friendly and extremely empathetic. Characteristics that I consider fundamental for those who work in contact with the public and which, unfortunately, not everyone possesses. Giulia made the experience truly unique, demonstrating great professionalism and sensitivity.
