Truly delicious dishes, yes, you can tell they're all made in-house! We tried both the ramen and the bao, highly recommended. The staff and owner were also very friendly and helpful, we'll definitely be back.

Fantastic place, spectacular food, super friendly owner! Having heard about it often, I finally managed to eat at this place, which truly is a slice of Japan in Reggio Emilia! Friends and I tried three types of ravioli, each better than the last, and the ramen was amazing! In addition to the ones on the menu, they also have a special type; in our case, it was with a cutlet. I tried it myself, and it was truly excellent! All good and highly recommended! The selection of Asian beers is also excellent, as is the sake tasting by the owner, a recognized sommelier in the field! Highly recommended!
