A pearl, artisanal quality, courtesy and good food. The ramen and mochi are excellent, and the sake is worth trying, both hot and cold. I recommend it

Nice place, great food and really knowledgeable staff. I really appreciated the explanation of the girl who answered my questions about ingredients I didn't know, about sake and about advice on my choice of Japanese beer.
I had a meat-based ramen, delicious. The quality of the meat was excellent, it melted in your mouth. I also really enjoyed the starter (Gyoza made with pork and cabbage). The only “flaw”? I would have preferred a little more choice in the desserts.

I often go to this restaurant (now I've reached 15 times) and every time I'm always satisfied, both for the food (the ramen is truly exceptional!) and for the staff.

I love this place, everything I ate was excellent. I recommend making your ramen even more Asian. The service requires a novice twenty-year-old waitress but that's fine, it's a small, welcoming and charming place.

Ramengo a Reggio Emilia offre un ramen eccellente, con brodi ricchi e ingredienti freschi, in un’atmosfera accogliente. I prezzi sono leggermente sopra la media, ma al momento del conto è possibile pescare una spilletta raffigurante un personaggio manga; trovando quella vincente si può vincere un premio. Un’esperienza gustosa e divertente.
