We went to this restaurant last night with friends almost by chance... what can I say... it was a surprise... very nice place, parking in the back, impeccable service and the food... everything delicious and a fried fish of mine I had before... sublime... highly recommended for those who want to eat fish at fair prices and of excellent quality. We have already booked for the Boxing Day lunch, that's all I can say... congratulations again to all the staff

A modern and welcoming atmosphere, top-quality cuisine, from the cooked tasting menu to the house appetizer, tuna tataki, desserts, and finally, the wines! Excellent value for money, like I haven't seen in a long time! The young owners are courteous, and the service is excellent! And then, one can only wish a place like this a long life! We'll definitely be back!

We went to this restaurant recommended by other friends.
Everything was as expected, maybe even better!
Clean place, friendly and helpful staff, excellent service.
We ate excellent fresh fish with a menu arranged over the phone.
The shellfish were excellent, and the sea bass, served in a beautiful setting and already prepared, was sublime.
The wine was good, and the quality/price ratio was excellent.
I would recommend it to friends, and above all, we'll be back often.

You definitely want to try, but you need some experience in presenting the dishes (perhaps a little banal), a balanced menu, and fair prices, perhaps even below average. (Watch out for the octopus...it must be tender.)

Everything was fantastic, from the welcome to the dessert. The seafood dishes we tried were excellent, and the wines lived up to expectations. Recommended. Private parking behind the restaurant.

We went for dinner. A year ago, it was under new management, run by very promising young people. We had an appetizer, a first course, a second course, and a side dish. The sea bream ring and the cacio e pepe with shrimp tartare were very delicious. The basil mayonnaise was very good. We also served French wine by the glass. Everything was good and good value. We'll be back.

Cena con la family per festeggiare il papi.
I giovanissimi chef del QUANTUM sembrano sapere il fatto loro.
Ci sono dei dettagli da migliorare, ma voglio sottolineare le cose positive: servizio gentile, piatti raffinati, prezzo adeguato all'offerta. Mi è piaciuto molto il Tataki di tonno.

Nuova gestione affidata a due ragazzi giovani e appassionati: si percepisce chiaramente la cura e l'entusiasmo che mettono nel loro lavoro. Cena di pesce, con piatti curati e ben eseguiti — abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato la tataki di tonno, davvero deliziosa.
Il servizio è stato attento, cordiale e mai invadente. Nota di merito per la selezione di liquori artigianali e non commerciali: ci sono stati offerti assaggi alla camomilla e alla nocciola, entrambi buonissimi. Ci torneremo sicuramente.
