Quantum Ristorante In Venezia

A truly delightful dinner. The kitchen employs some very talented young chefs, creating carefully crafted dishes with well-balanced flavors. We tried several dishes: fried octopus tentacles on a mustard and honey emulsion, Luciana-style red octopus on a chickpea cream and fried polenta crostini, a mix of local cuttlefish and grilled calamari with salad, and baked trout fillet on a pumpkin cream. Everything was truly excellent, generous portions, and great attention to food pairings. The initial welcome was also appreciated. The young woman in the dining room was very kind and discreet, with a smile that immediately put you at ease. We didn't try the desserts (maybe next time), perhaps a little more interaction or a more personalized service would have been appreciated. One area that could be improved is the wine list, which, given the quality of the cuisine, deserves a few more options and a wider variety. The atmosphere is pleasant, but I would like it to be a little warmer and more personalized, as it currently feels a bit sterile. That said, the prices are fair, the food is truly excellent, and there's great potential. With these foundations, it has all the makings of a truly top-notch restaurant. It's made me want to come back, and I will. 🍽️✨

We went to Quantum last night for a 50th birthday party! Simply spectacular!! The staff were incredibly kind and knowledgeable! The atmosphere was welcoming and elegant! The food was excellent, from the presentation to the flavors! We were thrilled and left very satisfied!! Keep it up, guys, and even though you're very young, you have a great future ahead of you!! Last night my partner and I went to this restaurant. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted kindly, and one of the two chefs seated us. The atmosphere is very minimalist but with attention to detail. Shortly after being given the menus, we chose what we wanted. When the food arrived, what can I say? Everything was delicious, a harmony of flavors, excellent fresh fish, everything delicious. We also had dessert, and it was very, very good. What amazed us most was the skill of these two young men, who tried, and I think they're succeeding very well in what they're doing. It's definitely a place we'll gladly return to.

Let's just say we celebrated Valentine's Day early. Young guys, but with excellent culinary expertise, and I can only give the following review: Impeccable service; Excellent dining room service; Great customer service; (They're kind, quick, and attentive) Excellent welcome; Professionalism! The staff is well-trained and meticulous, as well as young. Not to be underestimated. Much, much, much, I REPEAT, much more knowledgeable than many other restaurants with more "experience," so to speak. My compliments, truly!! See you next time.

Amazing food, good service, excellent quality

We had dinner at this restaurant and had a truly delicious meal. The restaurant is run by two very young partners, which makes the experience even more special: you can see all the passion and commitment they put into what they do. They were professional and friendly, as was the waitress, who was kind and attentive. The food is high-quality, refined, and beautifully presented. Every course was enjoyable. The restaurant is located on a main road, making it easy to get to, and it also has private parking, which is very convenient and not at all predictable. A more than positive experience. We will definitely be back and recommend it without a doubt!
