We stopped by after a visit to Udine. We first purchased products from their shop—a good selection of wines, but we didn't find many Friulian wines—and then stopped for dinner. The tagliolini were excellent, and of course the prosciutto. Overall, we liked everything, including the service and the generous portions. It would be interesting to offer a discount on the shop for those who stop by for dinner as well. The products are certainly of high quality, but some are a bit pricey.
The Prosciutto dell'Ava museum on the first floor is also small but interesting.

Unforgettable. Like entering paradise. We bought 400 grams of 16-month-aged San Daniele and a pack of breadsticks. We were in a camper and couldn't miss a tasting of the famous prosciutto. The atmosphere was beautiful, with plenty of prosciutto and wine. On the road leading to the mountains, we stopped in the shade, outside with chairs and a table, and enjoyed the prosciutto and melon, like nectar of the gods. Enough to make you kneel down. A light, sweet flavor that melted in your mouth. Were you expecting liters of beer or water in the afternoon to help you feel the heat after the prosciutto? Zero, no burn from salty prosciutto like the kind you find at the supermarket, nothing, absolutely nothing. Our stomachs thanked us for the delight. It's beautiful to live and spend money on something worthwhile...

Excellent ham, exquisite tagliolini with prosciutto. The place is a bit spartan, suitable for large groups, and the service is very efficient.
