Excellent dinner, top quality meat – among the best in Milan.
The only slightly negative note concerns the way the meat is served: it is presented on a hot stone which, although spectacular, does not cook it adequately for those who prefer a more advanced cooking.
The bill is a bit high, but justified by the quality. Despite the price, we would gladly return.

With a friend I had dinner at this restaurant in the San Siro area. Here you can find typical Milanese cuisine, above all the saffron risotto with marrow and the ossobuco. The environment is special, all dedicated to horses with photographs and prints hanging on the walls, and a small statue of Ribot in the center of the room. The service is fast and punctual, the price is right

We had a dinner here to taste some traditional cuisine of Milano.
Risotto was perfect with good amount of seasoning and texture of rice. Cutlet also had a good taste, but portion was a bit smaller than our expectations. Staff was so nice and atmosphere was also good. Overall, it’s worth visiting this restaurant.
Group dinner, excellent for the choice of starters, meat-based main course and tasting of the legendary risotto.
A beautiful place in the Piazza Firenze area, where everything in the furnishings recalls the great love for horses.
Informal but refined elegance.
Excellent dishes, both in terms of raw materials, preparation and presentation.
Great attention to customers and needs from all staff, right times between one course and the next.
Delicious cold, hot and fried appetizers, knife tartare and fantastic meatballs to my taste.
Sliced rare (but was asked if a different cooking method was preferred) accompanied by potatoes and a bed of leeks.
Saffron risotto perfect for taste and cooking.
Fruit, chocolate and sweet desserts and mini sorbets.

Explanation of the 3 stars compared to 4 star food, service and ambience ratings.
Here it is.
Cover charge: 5 euros per person. Liter of water: 5 euros.
Too much come on. Even considering the area, not exactly central.
For heaven's sake, as soon as you sit down you'll immediately have an entree with vegetables (lots of onions though, be careful!). And dessert is offered, it is a small sample of chocolate fondue with fruit to dip, two pieces of brownies and two glasses of sorbet. In short, it is clear that the story of the bistro is: I make you pay a lot for the cover charge but in the meantime I offer you two cuddles, one at the beginning and one at the end of the meal.
The bill is 60 euros per person, with sausage crouton, two meat dishes and three glasses of wine (the cheapest costs 10 euros). Good meat quality, nothing to say. The environment is not bad and the service is kind and I must say never invasive. But in short, 5 euros for cover charge and 5 euros for water. Cuddle or no cuddle, a bit excessive. It's true that without the toast and one less glass it becomes 45 euros per person. So all in all the advice is: worth trying, but limiting yourself to one dish each, since the starter - albeit small in size - and dessert - I would say plentiful - are already included in the cover price.

Siamo stati due volte in questo ristorante, una volta da soli con la nostra bambina di 3 anni e la seconda con amici romani per far conoscere la cucina milanese.
Esperienza eccellente entrambe le volte.
Ottima la cucina e le proposte della tradizione milanese, piatti curati e gustosi.
Il locale profuma di un tempo passato, veramente bello e curato.
Personale gentile e attento.
