Excellent experience!
I've only been coming here for a short time due to logistical reasons, but I can assure you it's absolutely worth a try! The coffee is unmatched in quality, and above all, the kindness of the staff makes everything even more superb.

having now returned on multiple occasions, I can safely say the "curt" service I received on my first visit was a one-off, which everyone is allowed to have on a rushed morning when dealing w a tourist. The coffee and pastries are excellent, the vibe is classic year round. I've amended my rating accordingly.

A tiny savory brioche for €5... it seemed a bit excessive, especially since the price wasn't listed anywhere. Still, a nice place.

Came for a dinner on Monday and the place was full. The restaurant is very beautiful inside, with well preserved old furniture and decorations. The service was super kind and friendly, we felt like we have been to that place a few times already.
We took polpette and carciofi for antipasto (both were fine, but in my personal opinion a but overpriced for the quantity you get); we also took pasta and meat with mushrooms: both were fine but not exceptional. What i liked the most was the panettone made by them, with a scoop of ice-cream – this was exceptional!! A also a tart with mirtilli, which was good.
The overall experience was nice :)

A welcoming and unique place with an open dessert counter. Extremely helpful and courteous staff. They offer a wide selection of dishes, specializing in different cuts of meat. The vanilla ice cream to finish is highly recommended; it's one of the best I've ever tasted.
