L'ho sempre paragonata alla migliore... Purtroppo aimé il 24 a cena... Eravamo in 4 abbiamo ordinato un antipasto della casa x 2 3 pizze una frittura e una caraffa da un litro...allorché proceduto tutto bene fino all'antipasto ...sono arrivate le tre pizze...noi abbiamo aspettato di poter mangiare... ma dopo 10 minuti abbiamo visto il cameriere che ci diceva la frittura stava arrivando mentre entrava in cucina... all'uscita si avvicina al tavolo il cameriere e ci dice mi dispiace ci vogliono ancora 10 Min perché la frittura è in magazzino congelata... Ovviamente a quella risposta il mio amico ha preferito nn prendere più nulla rimanendo a digiuno...io dico... Ma si può?...a voi ...

Beautiful atmosphere, located in the alleys of the historic center of Monopoli. The place was full on our arrival, but thanks to Mr Carlo (I think he is the owner) and his wife who welcomed us with great kindness.... we found a table for 8 people, they recommended the platters of local cured meats and cheeses (exquisite).
We had a really good time.
Highly recommended place.

Very good food at really cheap prices. It would have cost almost twice as much on the Piazetta. Service is lightning fast. Why they have to look so seriously remains their secret.

We both ate a delicious pasta with a tasty Rose. The spaghetti with fish is diverse; mussels, shrimp, octopus, crab. Also delicious fresh bread and salad mista. Just delicious, honest food with flavor. And lovely people.

I recently visited Pizzosteria L’isola che non c’è in Monopoli and had a mostly enjoyable experience. The pizza was flavorful, with a good combination of toppings, but unfortunately, the dough was slightly burnt, which took away from the overall taste. It could have been perfect with just a bit more attention to the baking. The spaghetti, while tasty, was much too greasy, making it feel too heavy. The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere, and the staff were friendly, but the kitchen could improve on the details to make the dishes truly stand out.

Its gotta be one of the best budget restaurants out here. Had some carbonara ,pizza and burger. Everything was as good as imagined. 100% would come back here.

Very delicious food and exceptionally good service. We were treated kindly from start to finish. We had both fish and meat, both perfectly prepared. The prices were also absolutely reasonable. Nice atmosphere. We would be happy to return.

A vast menu, kind and friendly staff, a warm and welcoming place. We ate: slices of crispy cod, grilled octopus, puccia with Norcia sausage and mozzarella, French fries (and a water): 45 euros. An excellent experience in the village of Monopoli!
