For me, Pizzeria Da Da' is no longer a surprise, but an absolute guarantee. Unfortunately, living in Carrara, I have no real options for a good vegan pizza, which forces me to emigrate to Pietrasanta, in the province of Lucca but a few kilometers from Carrara, and I've been doing so with immense pleasure for several years. They have an entire menu page dedicated to vegan pizzas and focaccias with excellent plant-based mozzarella. The quality is especially evident in the attention to detail in the ingredients: you can choose from three different doughs (organic whole wheat, with ancient grains, and with hemp). The pizzas are always very good, the only small criticism I'd make is that the menu hasn't changed for a long time; adding a few new combinations to add a bit of variety would be great. A huge round of applause goes to the selection of vegan desserts: being able to end the evening on a high note with a tiramisu, panna cotta, or coffee parfait (all clearly listed on the chalkboard) really makes a difference. The place isn't huge, but it's extremely well-kept and clean, and in the summer, eating outside is wonderful. The staff is wonderful, always friendly and ready to offer clear information about the plant-based options. A must-visit, congratulations!

Great experience! If I could give it 6 stars, I'd give it 6! Wide selection of pizzas and focaccias, including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options, as well as some really good doughs! Plus, convenient parking, super fair prices, and super friendly staff! Highly recommended!!!

They were very kind, they accommodated us with a last-minute reservation, and they brought our food quickly. We were a group, and we mostly ordered focaccia and a pizza. The pizza was too tomato-y, the focaccia was good, but it was very cold, including the ingredients. The arugula, for example, seemed to have been taken straight from the fridge and thrown in, and it obviously left a cold feeling in your mouth that wasn't particularly exciting, but it was still good.

As a vegan, it was a truly excellent experience. One of the very few pizzerias (you can count them on one hand) that have an entirely vegan menu. Plus, the pizza dough is very good and doesn't leave you thirsty. The staff is kind and welcoming. The pizza chefs were very quick. We had a reservation at 8:00 PM and were finished by 8:45 PM. Kudos to you for your dedication to accommodating those with a variety of diets. If you could add vegetarian cold cuts in the future, that would be great. But for now, it's fine. BRAVISSIMI

We went both for pizza and for the restaurant and had a great time! They have different types of pizza dough and the cured meats for the appetizer are very good. It's a simple place with the option of a simple menu as an alternative to pizza. Everything is made with love and at a fair price. Even when the place was full, we were served courteously and promptly.
