Pizzeria Tradizionale In Milano

The food was good and the atmosphere was nice, but the experience was soured by the attitude we received when asking about a charge on our bill — the “coperto.” When I politely asked about it, the man at the register responded with a condescending tone, asking if I had ever been to Italy before and telling me it’s normal. I wasn’t disputing the charge, I just wanted to understand what it was. I had just come from another restaurant about 10 feet away where I had a few drinks and wasn’t charged anything like that. It’s not about the 4 Euros — it’s about the principle. Restaurants shouldn’t expect tourists to blindly pay fees without explanation, and certainly not treat them poorly when they ask questions. Extremely poor way of handling a simple inquiry. There are plenty of other restaurants in the area with just as good food and much better customer service. I’ve attached a photo for context. I’d recommend trying other spots nearby instead.

Excellent pizza and great service. Prices are reasonable. After four restaurant visits in the canal district, this is our favorite.

Good pizza, salad not very stuffed, chicken breast only a few pieces, however a decent choice on the Navigli with affordable prices

Pizza looks really good, I have ordered osobuko, it was melting delicious, with rizotto.

We had lunch with fried fish and classic Milanese cutlet, both very good, I must say. I would have liked less salt on the frying, but really crunchy at the right point

Fuimos a cenar sin reserva y nos dieron una mesa para 2. Pedimos una pizza para cada uno y lo acompañamos con un vino y agua mineral. Terminamos con un postre de una torta de chocolate caliente y un volcan de chocolate. Entre ambos gastamos unos 60$ euros. La atencion del mozo fue excelente
