Pizzeria Spluga In Sorico

Alternative New Year's Eve: I opt for a pizza. And the Spluga pizzeria turned out to be a great choice. Nice environment (even the toilets were perfect), very kind and attentive staff. The pizzas are really very, very good. The mixed fried lake fish is also excellent. Really very satisfied with my choice. A place I recommend without reservations. Thank you!

Una bella sorpresa, avevamo voglia di pizza che non gustavamo da un po’ e devo dire che non è la solita pizzerà con 50 pizze diverse. Ma poche, selezionate, ben cucinate e con prodotti di qualità.

A nice, small pizzeria in the heart of Gravedona, the quality of the pizzas is very good, especially the dough is great and very tasty. The edge - a dream! Unfortunately, you can save yourself the wine, as it has a flat taste and is simply too expensive for what is on offer, so it's better to have water or beer. Overall, a really nice experience, would be happy to come again at any time!

…approfittando della vacanza in montagna di Edo, io e Mattia per il ns weekend a Domaso, decidiamo di concederci una cena nella ns. pizzeria di fiducia. Prenotiamo all’esterno per le 20 e puntuali alle 19:59 abbiamo le gambe sotto il tavolo. Ordiniamo una margherita e una Parma e burrata; da bere una fanta ed un calice di Murgia rosè per me. Che dire: impasto croccante con soffice cornicione esterno, è la prima volta che Mattia non avanza nulla nel piatto, nemmeno le “croste”…. A chiudere l’immancabile Giochi di cioccolato. Quando avevo visto la scelta di essere “solo pizzeria” avevo storto un po’ il naso perché anche la cucina era veramente ottima, ma per fortuna la pizza è rimasta veramente ottima come prima. “Papà, la pizza dello Spluga resterà sempre la mia preferita” ( e ho detto tutto). Servizio molto attento, veramente una sicurezza cenare allo Spluga. Scoperto quasi per caso su suggerimenti di una amica, oramai è la ns tappa fissa durante i ns weekend-vacanza nel ns buon ritiro di Domaso.
