We ate very well but the waiters were strange characters. They would poke their heads over the table indelicately to see if you were done. To my exclamation “no wait” he replies “stay calm”. Activate the POS on the account without communicating the total or saying please. It's obvious that etiquette doesn't belong to this place. Furthermore, they served the appetizer together with the pizza even upon explicit request to bring it first; It's no coincidence that it's called an appetizer. In short, bad service but good dishes. They are saved thanks to the kitchen workers.

We loved everything about this place. The guys were very nice and English speaking. The pizza was tasty and ready to eat. The dough especially was nice and crispy. Recommended 10/10.

eaten by God... I found the best pizzoccheri I've eaten right here, well seasoned and very tasty, even the second veal knot with mushrooms was no different

Excelente atencion, buen precio, muy buena calidad precio. Nuestra comida salio rapido, los platos bien servidos y personal muy amable.Lo recomiendo.Somos de Uruguay visitando la hermosa ciudad de Tirano

25/09/2024: We went there on a Friday evening as soon as we arrived in Chiesa. Really friendly staff, very welcoming place. Got pizzas and red beer on tap. Both very good. Easy parking outside the venue. Super recommended!

24/12/2024: I went for my elderly father-in-law's birthday... what can I say, everyone was nothing short of exceptional!! New rooms, very comfortable beds and beautiful views, fantastic spa. Professional staff, ready to satisfy our every need such as the cake prepared by their pastry chef or advice on routes to take... Excellent breakfast, dinner and then delicious wines. A dream. Unfortunately it only lasted three days. I highly recommend it. I hope to return soon
20/12/2024: first time in this hotel.. what can I say.. the guys at the reception were very professional and informed us about the various activities we could do in the town (since it was the first time we visited Bormio). Buffet breakfast with lots of choice. A few days before the overnight stay they send you a message with the various services to surprise your partner, which I really appreciated. Perfect hotel location with outdoor parking and garage. Bathroom and room very clean, tidy and very warm. great experience, we will definitely be back.
