Super friendly staff, a real experience. A house aperitif started off with excellent food recommendations. Spaghetti carbonara, seafood, and gnocchi were simply perfect. The bill included a lollipop for the kids and a bottle of limoncello for mom and dad. The food came super quickly, and the couple who run it are really on the ball. The five of us paid €132, including appetizers, which is absolutely fair for five main courses, three appetizers, and drinks. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back!

Four of us dined at this restaurant. From the very first moment, we were greeted with professionalism and courtesy by the waiters who served us reverently. From the appetizers to the first courses, and finally to a delicious fried fish dish, we noticed the quality of the ingredients used and the skill of the chef, who works in this sector. They have a knack for putting guests at ease, and credit goes to manager Filomena, who delighted us with her friendliness and professionalism. In short, what can I say? A highly recommended restaurant if you want to be pampered and spend a pleasant evening with excellent food and music.

We ate at Pizzeria Casanova today with four adults and four children and were absolutely thrilled! The friendliness of the entire staff was among the best I've ever experienced! The food and service were excellent, and the value for money is hard to beat!

We loved this place from the first minute to the last. We're so happy to have discovered such a majestic, refined, and very fun place. The food was delicious, and we immediately sensed the love and hard work of the chefs from the first bite. The waiters, like the chefs, are very good at their jobs and also make us laugh a lot, which impressed us from start to finish. Simply put, we thank you so much for the wonderful evening you gave us. In addition to the beautiful location and the excellent food, the exceptionally good service is worth mentioning! The waiters were so friendly and attentive, even to the children – we've never experienced anything like that before! The little touches at the beginning and end of the meal rounded off this visit! We'd go back anytime!

Absolutely recommended! We ate at the Casanova restaurant for the first time on August 13, 2025, and were immediately impressed. The staff was super friendly, attentive, and always on the ball. They were also always charming and funny with our two children. Shortly after we were seated, we were served an aperitif (sparkling wine and juice for the kids). The food was also excellent and plentiful. Here, too, the staff was always attentive and accommodating to our every need. Salvo (the restaurant manager) introduced himself to us and asked for our feedback. Again, very pleasant and attentive. We've saved the restaurant and will visit it again on our next visit to Bardolino. 👍🏻

Meals on August 13 and August 16: Top-notch service, servers attentive to customers (us and the other tables), and they even go out of their way to find what they don't have (e.g., mint syrup). The pasta and pizzas are good. A great time. To be repeated... and repeated.

During our week long stay in Bardolino we tried various restaurants and we were pleased that we happened to choose Casanova. Like others there was a member of staff trying to drum up custom but there was no pressure as we perused the external menu. We were warmly welcomed in and ushered to our table. Two glasses of Prosecco were delivered as we decided on what we would eat. My wife chose her usual Pork Milanese (€18) and I went for the Breaded Prawns - Gambercroccanti (€24). We were happy with the portion size and the quality of food was most satisfactory. Having requested a rest we then shared a Ricotta E Pere. The bill was accompanied by a small bottle of Limoncello and small cake. Including 1/2 water, a medium beer, glass of rose and two cover charges the total was €68.50. Although the front of house staff seemed neat in number they were extremely efficient and attentive. One even paused to take our photos on my I-phone. That despite having a table for 18 right up the centre of the restaurant! (They seemed to be regular customers and their pizzas looked great). Service was quick and on leaving we were warmly thanked at the doorway by the female and male member of staff. We left very satisfied and with a good feeling. It was nice to soak up the appreciation for patronising Restaurant Casanova. Seems massive improvement since the poor 2024 reviews. We might make this our final night choice.
