Finding ourselves passing through Bologna, we ate a pizza for lunch in this place.
I have to say that we really liked it: perfect cooking and high quality ingredients.
As a type, they make a Neapolitan style pizza so the dough is slightly chewy especially at the edges.
We were disappointed by the fries (they were very oily as they were served in an anonymous plastic container without even a minimum of absorbent paper) and the environment, in general, a bit aseptic and with little attention to detail.
But let's say that it can also fit, being a place on the outskirts.
However, I repeat, really good pizza.

Really excellent, discovered by chance at lunch last week, happily returned this evening for a pizza, pleasantly surprised by the quality and goodness, the scialatielli allo scoglio exceptional, I will definitely return, highly recommended.

I think I'm one of the most boring clients I've had. We arrived for dinner at around 9.30pm and they welcomed us with a very warm welcome. We ordered 2 starters and 2 first courses, all without garlic and other things that are bad for us and for this very reason I wanted to thank all the inclusive kitchen staff who accommodated us. Congratulations again, excellent food but I regretted not having ordered the pizza, it looked beautiful and had an intoxicating scent coming from the next table. A thousand thanks
