We searched for this place on Google and went there on a Friday night! We booked via WhatsApp and they responded quickly. We had a great time! Two pizzas, a sliced steak, and a burger on charcoal bread! Everything was delicious! The staff was friendly and helpful. We'll definitely be back when we're in the area!

A magical place. Service, atmosphere, food top of the top. A restaurant worth recommending. Local wines, short waiting time for dishes. The cherry on the cake is the chef from Peru. I recommend ✌️✌️✌️✌️✌️✌️

Nice primis and secondis and a fine white house wine. We sat on the terrace and that is nicer than inside here. The service of our Spanish waiter was good. Good price quality ratio.

Exceptional food and super helpful staff! There was a small mix-up due to my mistake in the order and the manager did everything she could to accommodate us even though it wasn't her fault! Unfortunately, you can't give more than 5 stars! It definitely deserves to go back!

Pasta was good and service was attentive except we were disappointed by the pizza. If you are looking for authentic Italian pizza dough this is not what you are looking for. The pizza dough is more like a hard thin crust rather than sourdough based style but the pizza topping is good. It’s a shame about the dough base.

Abbiamo trovato un locale piccolo ma delizioso, carino, accogliente, ricavato in una struttura caratteristica nel pieno centro storico dell' incantevole borgo di Cortona. Personale attento e scrupoloso, servizio rapido ed attento, menù essenziale, ma decisamente completo con un'offerta che dalla tradizione toscana giunge alla pizza passando per varie tipologie di hamburger. Piatti appetitosi, presentati in due sale con arredamento essenziale ma caratteristico. Lo consiglio vivamente! Ristorante promosso a pieni voti con lode. Ci ritornerò alla prima occasione utile.

We have eaten here now three times and plan to once more before we leave. We just ate a meal in which we all smiled and sighed our way through each course. Of particular note: the sublime chicken aji and beef empanadas (antipasti); the fried pork tacos; and the sliced beef with rosemary (secondi). We also felt so warmly and graciously tended to by our waiter. What a happy experience altogether!

26/07/2025: A Truly Magical Stay at Il Falconiere We had the most unforgettable experience at Il Falconiere — from the moment we arrived, everything was just perfect. The property itself is stunning, with incredible attention to detail in every corner. You can really feel the care and thought that's gone into creating such a beautiful and welcoming atmosphere. A special mention must go to Daniela at the pool — she was so warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Always smiling and attentive, she made relaxing by the pool feel like an experience in itself. The breakfast team was equally amazing. Every morning felt like a treat — the food was delicious, beautifully presented, and the service was flawless. They managed to strike that rare balance of elegance and comfort that makes you feel truly at home while being thoroughly pampered. There’s something about Il Falconiere that’s hard to put into words — it’s not just a hotel, it’s an experience. The staff, the setting, the food, the little details… it all comes together so effortlessly. We can’t wait to return.
16/07/2025: Lovely yet very expensive and very remote. The breakfast is exceptional and while the restaurant is acclaimed we found the six course meal to be over the top. Everything cost a fortune. 2 of us did yoga for 130 euro. Crazy. The staff is friendly and the setting is to die for. The rooms are nice but not great. Pool and spa are fine. Many mosquitos. Bring bug spray. It’s very nice but prepare to leave with an empty wallet.
