Nice small but welcoming and original place, seaside and Neapolitan atmosphere, delicious Neapolitan pizza, very light, not bloated and doesn't make you thirsty. Excellent dough and excellent filling.. good and kind managers and staff.. quick service! 100% recommended

The restaurant is located directly on the main street near the harbor ⛴️ in Trieste. After a long sightseeing tour through the city, we suddenly felt hungry and we spontaneously stopped at the Marinato restaurant (without any prior research) - this decision paid off! The pizzas we ordered 🍕 tasted excellent - topped with fresh ingredients and a tasty pizza dough 🔝 - the service was also great - by the way, the other guests' dishes also looked excellent - definitely recommended by us 👌 - we'll be back! - tanti saluti di Austria 😎

Ristorante di fronte al molo, abbastanza curato; buona scelta di pizze sia standard che particolari con varianti curiose, ben fatte. Prezzi in linea. Personale cortese ma un pò invadente.

Restaurant in front of the pier, quite nice; good choice of both standard and special pizzas with curious, well-made variations. Online prices. Friendly but a little intrusive staff.

Annoncées comme les meilleures pizzas de la ville, elles le sont certainement. Nous y sommes allés deux fois et jamais déçus. Excellente pâte et pizzas très bien fournies. Belle carte de vins à des prix raisonnables. Service efficace. Carte multilingue.

03/01/2025: Based on the reviews I have read I was expecting really better: pasta was overcooked, fish stake was simple…. At the end we paid really way higher than expected… hope to give another try, but have to say I am very disappointed

10/02/2025: Decent food, friendly staff, "retro" ambience. The meat (Lubianska) both fried and grilled were really pleasant, the side kiffel were not the real kiffel but they were good. The cold cuts starter (which was good) was certainly at a price that was not proportionate to the quantity, although the cold cuts were good the portion per person was small and a single bowl of "liptauer" was absolutely insufficient for 4 people.
09/02/2025: Informal and welcoming environment. You feel like family. Excellent typical Trieste dishes. Kindness and courtesy
