The Gargano pizza surprised me; it was fresh and tasty. The dough is similar to Neapolitan in appearance, but it's a truly delicious mix. The girls are very attentive and kind.
Everything was well organized, from the welcome to the end of the dinner, despite it being a Saturday night. Well done everyone.

I've been to Bàlá several times and have always found the staff to be very knowledgeable and welcoming.
As a celiac, I haven't found better pizza anywhere else, and even my husband, who isn't celiac, enjoys both the pizza and the other dishes on the menu.
I can only give it a ☆, especially because returning is always a huge pleasure!

I wasn't thrilled with the location or the food. The pizza, while definitely made with quality ingredients, didn't leave that "je ne sais quoi" that would convince me to return.
The ingredients, however, are good.
