Highly recommended!! Excellent value for money, fast and attentive service, especially for someone like me who is celiac. Fresh products with a wide selection on the menu, extremely digestible pasta. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK. P.S. A small welcome appetizer was also offered, which was much appreciated!! 👍

I visited this place with my family and two friends, along with my two daughters who are celiac. It's a great place for celiacs, as the pizza is really good, both the traditional and gluten-free versions. In addition to pizza, they also offer gluten-free fried foods and pasta dishes. There's a small playroom for children inside. Aside from a bit of a delay in getting our pizzas due to a lot of takeout orders, this is a place I'll definitely return to when I'm in Florence, especially if you need gluten-free food. Thanks to the owner, who apologized for the delay by offering us a bottle of beer, which we drank while we waited.

I have to say, this place is wonderful. It was my first time there, and everything was excellent. The waitresses were very welcoming, the service was professional, and the food was delicious and very hot. I think it's suitable for all ages and families with children; parents can enjoy the comfort while their kids play. I really enjoyed this place. They even offered us dessert! I'm sure I'll be back again... 🥰 I have to say, reading other comments, it seems a little strange to me that people complain about the pizza or the delay in its delivery because they don't understand that a fresh pizza takes a long time to be perfect, especially when it's cooked in a wood-fired oven. I understand this because I worked as a pizza chef, and I get it, but some people don't appreciate the time it takes to make a pizza, the dedication it takes, the wait, and how they can just eat it—for them, too, that's enough. I have to say with full conviction that the quality of the dish, or the wait for a dish, is truly worth it when compared to the flavor of a dish.

I went to this restaurant last night with two friends of mine. Giovanni, the owner, and the staff were very welcoming and kind, and made us feel at home! He offered us prosecco and samples of fried pizza, and as soon as he heard my friend was gluten-intolerant, he quickly brought over some gluten-free ones. We'll definitely be back ❤️

I've been to many gluten-free pizzerias, but this pizza is definitely the best I've ever eaten, especially because of its dough.

25/12/2025: Exclusively for the butcher shop; I have no experience with anything else. I bought a T-bone of Mugello beef. I must say, it looked good, and it tasted very good, though not exceptional, but that's fine. I was disappointed that I asked the price and the person at the counter was unsure of the price, as if there were a tourist price and a real price (something I've seen many times). He then proceeded to quote a truly excessive price for what I bought, even though it was a good product. Prices are legally free and up to the merchant, but they must be displayed to the public! €45 per kg is insane. I was in a hurry at the time and didn't think about it (clearly my own fault), but it's objectively excessive. In summary: Good quality but not excellent, 8.5/10. Price 2.5/10.
04/12/2025: I had lunch with my friends upstairs on their terrace, it was a unique experience!! Everything is of Altissina quality, tied to the season and Florentine tradition. I've been ordering from them for years and they've always been able to advise me on how to cook various types of meat I wanted to try; in fact, they write the recipe on the receipt! Not just meat, you can find eggs and even walnut or spelt bread, so many types, all unique, and if you're from Florence, Luca is now famous and is always interviewed on local channels! He's a celebrity now!!! I'm going to make guinea fowl stuffed with cabbage, chestnuts, and mushrooms 😍😘🎉Highly recommended!

11/03/2026: I discovered this place today, despite having passed it a few times. I only had a light snack, a thin, delicious filled schiacciata. However, you can go anytime, starting in the morning for breakfast, continuing with lunch (it wouldn't look like it from the outside, but there's a nice space to sit at a table inside), or a delicious snack, whether sweet or savory. Another important aspect for me, but not always a given, is the friendly, smiling staff, including the owner, Silvia. Well done.
