Of the Pizzaman places I've frequented over the years, this seems to be the liveliest. The menu is varied and goes beyond the classic pizzas, truly satisfying everyone's tastes. The restaurant is part of the AIC circuit and the choice for us celiacs is certainly varied and wide, also including first courses, fried foods and desserts.

Posto molto carino, ci siamo seduti nelle macchine. Prosecco di benvenuto.La pizza buonissima stile napoli, quella verace. Ottimi angioletti con Nutella. Servizio cordiale e veloce. Consiglio

Historic place, an obligatory stop when I pass through Florence, once, twice a year, quality service, for me the best pizza in Europe without any ifs or buts.

We ate a gluten-free pizza (and I also had vegan mozzarella given my problems with milk proteins). The fresh pasta and dessert were also worth trying, but the pizza was really well stuffed and we were full. Very good! Indeed, excellent! When we return to Florence we will not fail to stop by and taste a good first course (and a dessert!!!). Thanks to the very kind owner!!! Furthermore, the place is well-kept and very beautiful!

Pizza Man is an institution in Florence for those who love deep pizza. The environment is very pleasant and the staff super friendly. I always go to the one in via del Sansovino and I find that the pizza is among the best in Florence!

Encomi e Tributi alle Gentili Sofia e Jessica che seguono le comande ai tavoli! Tutto molto Buono, per noi Pizza 🍕 Man è pizzeria di Riferimento! Anche perché fanno Senza Glutine e la possibilità del Gluten Free è importante per nostra figlia celiaca. Il pomodoro 🍅 che usano è spettacolare! Si mangia Bene, molto Buoni anche i dolci!Ottima 👍 Pizza 🍕 e infatti nel 2022 hanno Vinto 🏆 il riconoscimento a Livello Mondiale come Miglior Pizza 🍕! Tanta Roba! E adesso propongono anche Pasta 🍝 Fresca!! Un ritorno al passato come la faceva la mia cara nonna 👵🏼 in campagna! Raffaele e Giovanni 🔝 🔝 Vi voglio Bene! Grandiii

01/06/2025: If you're anywhere near Borgo San Lorenzo, “La Pentolaccia” is an absolute must. I came here based on a local recommendation, and it exceeded every expectation. The star of the evening was the tagliata ai funghi porcini – perfectly cooked, melt-in-your-mouth beef paired with incredibly fragrant, seasonal porcini mushrooms. The balance of flavors was divine, with every bite capturing the heart of Tuscan cuisine. Simple, honest, and utterly delicious. But what truly sets this place apart is the service. Warm, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they do. From the moment we walked in, we felt like welcome guests rather than customers. The staff was knowledgeable and happy to guide us through the menu, making the experience feel both personal and special.
02/05/2025: Excellent discovery after years of not passing through Sagginale....we came for Giorgione's tortello, but at Pentolaccia you will find equally good and plentiful tortelli....and fair prices!
