I've been to many gluten-free pizzerias, but this pizza is definitely the best I've ever eaten, especially because of its dough.

I was there last night; the place was packed and very crowded. There's a small children's play area inside, with a few toys. The tables are a bit cramped, but the staff is friendly and helpful. I had the whole-wheat Panuozzo, which was delicious and well-made. The dough isn't thin, but it's very similar to the classic Neapolitan dough. Prices are average for the city, and there's limited outdoor parking; you'll have to look for available parking on nearby streets or nearby areas. The place is very close to the tram stop, so you can also get there by public transportation.

One of the best pizzas I've had in Florence. I come here often, also to satisfy the needs of those who are gluten-free and lactose-free. The atmosphere is clean, often (rightfully) crowded, and the staff is friendly and fast. The glass of prosecco and the welcome treats are lovely. The appetizers are also very good. Plus, it's easy to get there by tram!

Nice place inside. Very friendly waitresses. The free appetizer is delicious! They have pizzas with whole wheat dough or with ancient seeds, gluten-free, and multi-grain gluten-free options for an additional €2. Vegan and lactose-free mozzarella is also available for an additional €2. A place open to all needs and tastes!

The pizza was delicious, with a thin crust, and at a good price. The ambiance was good, but nothing special. However, we ended up being charged an extra €5 for eating in.

13/12/2025: Aside from the truly spectacular location in the Chianti hills, we had a wonderful time. The evening featured a set menu, including excellent wines, generous portions, and very tasty dishes. We also toured the winery, which was very interesting. Spectacular place, I can't imagine how beautiful it would be in the summer.
02/12/2025: A wonderful experience in the winery and a tasting of good food accompanied by excellent wines, guided by young, friendly but above all very professional staff.

26/11/2025: The restaurant is run entirely by women, which is a guarantee. The staff is incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. The food is excellent, as are the desserts...I love their apple pie. I want to thank the ladies who always welcomed me with such kindness and, above all, a smile.
