Pizza Am In Milano

We went there on a rainy day in the afternoon, so it was full. Nevertheless we got our seats by the friendly and young team after less then 5 minutes. The flair is vibrant and lively - but just don’t expect elbow room. However cleanliness could be improved and a squat-and-hope-style toilet is a joke / disgusting. The pizza came fast after a little something from the kitchen. Toppings were incredibly good, but the dough was not the best in my eyes. They did not manage to get the right mix between soft inside and a bit of crunch in the crust (it had no crunch at all!). It was even partially raw inside and sticked to the plate. The crust could've been done with better rise - I get better results in my home setup... All in all: overhyped.

Everything was perfect, very high quality pizzas, very kind staff.

I first came here 7 years ago and it’s still the best pizza I’ve ever had. Jessica served us and was so lovely and made us feel welcome from as soon as we arrived. We didn’t have to queue this time around, however they still greeted us with a welcome prosecco and focaccia. If you’re going to other pizza places in Milan (or Italy for that matter!) over here then you’re doing it wrong.

Very very good pizza and top service

Excellent Neapolitan pizza, cooked well and with the best toppings. Very fast and friendly service, a little treat upon seating with a glass of prosecco and a small welcome snack. Colorful and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended!!!

Ero di passaggio e mi sono fermata per una pizza con il mio fidanzato da Pizza AM. Pizza buonissima, di ottima qualità. Personale gentile, educato e super veloce nel servizio. Molto carino l’entrè di pizza accompagnato con due calici di prosecco. Prezzo molto buono! Sicuramente ci torneremo io e il mio ragazzo perché è stata un’esperienza super positiva!
