Pit Stop In Imola

My girlfriend and I had lunch before the ACDC concert. Welcoming atmosphere, excellent service, delicious food, and most importantly, everything is available in gluten-free options. Heaven for my girlfriend, who is celiac. Fair price. Highly recommended.

ACDC concert + lunch at this top spot with an entire gluten-free menu = perfect day!!!! A true paradise for celiacs like me. A whole menu available, including fresh pasta, bread, pizzas, and desserts, plus the friendliness of the staff who welcomed us. I can only give it 5 stars and thank you for the fantastic work they do for people like me. Thank you so much ❤️.

A very casual pizzeria just outside Imola. The menu is varied, and every dish is available in a gluten-free version. The restaurant is a member of the Italian Celiac Association (AIC), which has separate rooms for preparing gluten-free dishes, preventing any type of cross-contamination. The pizzas are very similar to Roman pizzas: crispy and tasty, light and filling without weighing you down. The staff is friendly and helpful. Prices are below average. We were pleasantly surprised; highly recommended!

As soon as I finished eating, what can I say? A tortello like nothing I've ever seen, truly too good to describe. A top-quality platter. Very friendly and helpful service.

After a visit to the Imola hospital, we stumbled upon this AIC-certified restaurant. We ordered a delicious platter and equally good fries as appetizers, which arrived after a bit of a wait (but that's understandable). What wasn't tolerable was the wait for two plates of tortellini with meat sauce (one regular and one gluten-free). We waited 40 minutes, and three different waiters asked us what we were waiting for three times. Finally, when they finally arrived, the waiter apologized, saying the wait was due to the fact that they no longer had pre-made gluten-free tortellini and had to make them on the spot. Well...we didn't understand. Anyway, the dishes were good. I'm still giving it 4 stars for the food, which truly deserves it.

I went to Pit Stop because, as a gluten intolerant person, it's a must-try in Imola. The gluten-free pizza is flavorful, soft, and delicious—definitely one of the best I've had in the area. The atmosphere is family-friendly, and it's truly remarkable to see a group of young people at work. I'll definitely be back to try the pasta (also gluten-free) and everything else.

Consigliatissimo!!| Ci siamo recati in questo locale perché mia mamma è celiaca e sembrava il locale adatto dalla descrizione. Effettivamente è stato così, molto attenti al problema del glutine ma non solo!!! Personale molto gentile, disponibile e competente. Il cibo è preparato molto bene, la pizza è buonissima. Ho assaggiato anche la carbonara, super, fatta a regola d'arte. Ci si dve fermare, celiaci o no!!! complimenti a tutto il personale!!!!

Cena di compleanno con amici, chiaramente abbiamo prenotato con qualche giorno di anticipo in quanto desideravamo mangiare del crudo il nostro desiderio è stato pienamente esaudito tutto ottimo e freschissimo!!!!
