On August 10th we went to Imola to visit the racetrack. Guests of the Olimpia hotel, 50 meters away we found this pizza restaurant; we decided to try it as it is very close to the hotel. Excellent experience! We couldn't have made a better choice: we finally found a truly digestible pizza, with excellent ingredients and good mozzarella, not the hard and "adhesive" kind.... Highly recommended place, there is also a great variety of traditional Emilian first courses and their "fried crescentina" is delicious. Various and excellent cured meats, we have never eaten such good ones! We also recommend trying the "Roasted speck morsels with buffalo mozzarella, rocket and oranges". Last but not least, the restaurant is attentive to celiacs and has ample parking.

Cozy and well-kept place. Super nice, friendly and attentive staff. Vast range of gluten-free options including first courses with fresh pasta, try the melt-in-your-mouth potato gnocchi, pizzas, crescentine and gluten-free bread. They are very attentive to contamination and immediately make you feel at ease upon your arrival. Separate cuisine without contamination for gluten-free dishes. I had a great meal and will definitely be back. Compliments

Pinsa ottima, personale cordiale ed educato, proprietario/gestore molto accogliente. Ci siamo presentati in due con un cane e siamo stati trattati molto bene (quadrupede incluso). Consigliatissimo!!

The pizza was good (thin and dry), the place was a little less so, hot (despite having booked well in advance they turned on the air conditioning when we arrived) and noisy!

Sabato a pranzo dopo aver visitato la rocca di Dozza. Il locale è un pò nascosto e sinceramente l'esterno sembrava più un self service, sottolineo sembrava perché una volta all'interno siamo stati accolti da personale gentile e sorridente. Specificato la presenza di un celiaco abbiamo avuto la risposta che qualunque intollerante vorrebbe sentire " non ci sono problemi". Abbiamo ordinato passatelli asciutti con porcini e pomodorini, strozzapreti con radicchio e salsiccia ( questi senza glutine) , pasta fatta da loro i primi sono stati divorati, secondo straccetti di manzo e castrato alla griglia. Qui i complimenti al grigliatore sono d'obbligo, abbiamo preso anche il radicchio con i bruciatini piatto che amiamo ma difficilmente si trova. Prezzo semplicemente troppo basso per quantità e qualità e un servizio preciso e attento alle esigenze dei clienti. Super consigliato
