From Sanremo to Courmayeur is not a moment ... but it was worth it! A pleasant discovery ... traditional revisited with flashes of creativity! A pigeon to scream ... but no less the other dishes! An excellent cellar with more than honest markups! The staff is prepared and attentive! We will return very willingly! Thank you 🙏

Posto elegante e piacevole. I piatti ricercati e denotano una grande conoscenza e ricerca sulle materie prime. Dal piccione agli spaghetti di castagne su dolci tutto curato e ben fatto. Un luogo dove stai bene e ti fa stare bene.

Ristorante speciale interessante e diverso da tutti gli altri in valle. Menù ricercato ma alla portata di tutti. Piatti letteralmente spettacolari con accostamenti studiati e super interessanti anche se a volte inusuali. I ragazzi di sala ti fanno sentire a casa, e sono molto attenti al servizio. Il Menù degustazione "Selvaggio" è stato un viaggio appassionante e si vede che lo chef ama quello che fa cercando di trasmettere tutta la sua passione, riuscendoci in pieno. Il Menù è stagionale, quindi non vi elenco tutti i piatti perché domani potrebbero essere diversi. Di sicuro quello che mi ha colpito di più era il sorbetto di sedano, con sedano fresco zuccherato. Piatto migliore sicuramente il piccione, ma anche i ravioli di anatra alla pechinese sono stati una bella scoperta. Sicuramente diventerà una meta fissa da qui in avanti.

Interesting special restaurant and different from all the others in the valley. Refined menu but within everyone's reach, literally spectacular dishes with studied and super interesting combinations even if sometimes unusual. The waiters make you feel at home and are very attentive to service. The "Selvaggio" tasting menu was an exciting journey and you can see that the chef loves what he does and tries to convey all his passion, succeeding fully. The menu is seasonal, so I won't list all the dishes because they could be different tomorrow. Certainly what impressed me the most was the celery sorbet, with fresh sweetened celery. The pigeon is definitely the best dish.

Fantastic place with tasting menu in Courmayeur. Family run spot and they have so much passion for their restaurant. Excellent service.

Very mixte experience. Food: In over all is a great work done on a food, especially the amuse bouche and eel and dumplings soup. One desert was okay and one was extremely desapointed for what is expected in this type of restaurant. Service : I understand is a Family restaurant, huge respect for that type of work but it mean passion. This was great by the woman who took the orders, and food is again good in overall. However the boys who serve the foos where very cold and not giving much attention( is only one other table in a room). The one dress in black, was very much ignoring us. It took more than 10 min to just get menu and water, ask some explanation about the amuse bouche à second time, one waiters as for his brother to come and explain that never happend. I had to ask the mom, who been very nice. Again when I ask for wine and few options by the glass, it was not very nice experience ( I have WSET level 3, and been managing place in different county so I have certain knowledge however asking questions should be normal) feel like I was taken for a idiot... But the service improve by the the waiters in blue at the middle of the lunch. Desert : one out of the two was nice but the chocolate dessert was extremely desapointed, very little flavour. In overall it would I would have enjoyed much more by having a proper costumer service from the beginning to the end. A restaurant is a full experience, from the food to the service. Please be more welcoming and warm with all your costumers not just the friends of the house.

Fine dining restaurant with a menus concept based on fairly regional produce. The Evolution menu was a 5 item fare, best was the chestnut pasta and rabbit ragu while the veal and potatoes main was good but a bit underwhelming. Wine pairing on suggestion of the sommelier was a bit of a miss work an overly perfumed local Chardonnay

Great food, the rise was one of the best I’ve ever had. Service has been great considering we were a table of ten. Very good wine and at a reasonable price. Definitively a place to come back to.
