We drove over from Chamonix to Courmayeur for Sunday lunch, and were treated to wonderful food and attentive service in a stylish setting. 🍽️The breads were outstanding accompaniment to our à la carte mains. The customer pairings of regional wines by the sommelier set off our gastronomic experience. 🍷We will have to try the tasting menus next time. Afterwards, we happened upon a Ferrari show and drive…🚙

A great restaurant, a great night with friends. We chose the 7 course menu. Every dish was good individually, however it was too much for an individual person. A nice crisp barolo wine combined well with the meal.

I stopped for lunch after attending an Aston Martin event... friendly, fast, and impeccable service... fantastic food, to say the least. They really are a cut above!!! Highly recommended.

I dined at Pierre Alexis on my last evening in Courmayeur and it was a simply wonderful experience. Everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail: the homemade bread was exceptional, as was the macaron served at the beginning, truly out of this world. The wine pairing was incredible, especially the champagne at the tasting. We chose the tasting menu and it was extraordinary from start to finish: the risotto, quail, and especially the venison were top-notch; elegant, intense, and perfectly balanced dishes. A truly exquisite gastronomic experience, highly recommended, and I will definitely be back. The only small improvement would be to perhaps offer an extra glass of wine or digestifs at the end of the meal, to make an already excellent evening even more special.

A truly superb restaurant. The room, staff, and food work well together and make for a very enjoyable meal and memorable evening. We eat here every time we are in Courmayeur. For us, it's a must. And the new bread experience truly is not to be missed. Spoon fulls of whipped butter served on a stone. Spectacular!

25/02/2026: We found ourselves at this trattoria on the way to Castel Savoia. We were immediately welcomed by two young, kind, and knowledgeable people: Tommaso and Sonia. Their enthusiasm, passion for their work, and the refinement of their dishes—though simple—express a special touch—are evident. I had the maltagliati with wild boar ragù, while my companion had a generous rib-eye steak with a side of baked potatoes, all accompanied by a lovely glass of red wine recommended by Tommaso. To top it all off, we also had an apple tarte tatin and a Piedmontese bonet, both garnished with delicious whipped cream, suggested and made by Sonia, which made the whole experience even better. If we can give you an unsolicited piece of advice: absolutely try the cream with the desserts: it's truly exquisite! Everything else is truly worth it; definitely a place to return to. Well done, well done, go visit them!
