A restaurant overlooking the Scaligero Castle. We had lunch for four, sharing an appetizer (very good fried gnocco and excellent hand-sliced raw ham) and pizzas. Nothing exceptional, but good and well-cooked. Excellent value, especially considering the central location and the prices of other restaurants.

A cozy restaurant with views of the castle and the square. The service was excellent and the staff was friendly. The food was delicious, well-prepared, and flavorful. I recommend this restaurant and will be back.

Very good service from wait staff, offering a relaxed atmosphere over looking the castle. However half of our group left disappointed by the food. The fish risotto and spaghetti allo scoglio were nice dishes, however everything else fell short and was a disappointment, especially the ravioli with truffle which had what appeared to be truffle shavings but sadly zero taste from the truffle? The tiramisu was and I hate to say, terrible so this needs avoiding and really let's down this restaurant!

The food was barely better than a slaughterhouse quality, so it didn't provide a culinary experience, but at least they were open late, so we could still have dinner. The price level (compared to how popular the place is) is acceptable: a soup, 2 main courses and 2 waters cost 59 EUR. The only thing to highlight that we were really satisfied with was the service. The waiter was nice, even as the last guest he didn't rush us, he immediately jumped on the dropped cutlery and brought another one.

Fantastic experience: everything was great! Great location next to the castle, good and friendly service (very child-friendly too). And last but not least: the food was delicious! Tip: sit on the balcony.

I very rarely give five stars, but this place deserves it. I had the slow-cooked pork cheek in wine sauce with baked potatoes. Nothing fancy or fancy, just something simple and flavorful.
It was excellent! You have to like the bacon, though, and I thought it was terrific!
Bottom line: a cute little restaurant in a prime location with absolutely reasonable prices.
