Pein Assut does not need confirmation, it is a certainty for quality, hospitality, courtesy, hygiene and very high value for money. The location is well kept and very welcoming, on the walls there are many beautiful memories of times gone by and the tables are well spaced. The service is courteous, the strong point is the cuisine made up of many dishes, all of the local tradition and expertly prepared. Attention: it is not home cooking but a careful gastronomic proposal with all zero km ingredients. The offer is very vast and satisfies every need without any banality, far from it. Antonio and Tommaso, the owners, are courteous, friendly, welcoming and attentive hosts. I applaud them in particular and their entire team because Pein Assut is truly a place where one always willingly returns with the certainty of being at ease and leaving absolutely satisfied. Bellissima osteria situata nel pieno centro storico di Altamura, arredata con cura in stile rustico, il personale di sala sig. Antonio, la ragazza che non ricordo il nome ed il proprietario sig. Tommaso sono persone sorridenti che ti mettono subito a proprio agio. I piatti sono della tradizione antica di Altamura, sono uno più buono dell'altro, sono umili ma preparati con grande cura con ingredienti genuini e buonissimi. Mi son pisciuti tutti i piatti. Da provare assolutamente. Complimenti.
