Visited during listed opening ours and it was closed. It actually looked derelict, like it hadn’t been used for months. The area this is located in also seems very dodgy and a bit of a ghetto.

Il negozio “Pasta fresca da Giovanni”, è nato sette anni fa e inizialmente produceva, nel piccolo laboratorio sul retro, pasta fresca, ripiena e non, da vendere al dettaglio: pareti bianche, un grande quadro bianco e giallo e un lungo bancone pieno di ravioli, tagliolini, rigatoni, tortellini….Materie prime sceltissime, uso di trafile al bronzo e tanta passione!Dopo qualche mese, però, Giovanni, il proprietario, si rende conto che a molti clienti piacerebbe poter assaggiare i suoi prodotti in loco.Un’iniziale prova gli dà ragione: via il grande bancone, sostituito con uno più piccolo, e spazio per tavoli e tavolini! Venti coperti in tutto che durante la pausa pranzo, dalle 12.30 alle 14,30, vengono apparecchiati e sparecchiati più volte così da consentire a tutti di sedersi a gustare la pasta e i sughi del giorno: dai più tradizionali a qualche sperimentazione fatta senza eccessi per avere sempre un’offerta che incuriosisca e soddisfi tutti i clienti!

Kisses from Poland to the boss. This carbonara is the best thing I've eaten in a long time and jumps to the first place of the most wonderful dishes I've eaten. It's unbelievable what can be conjured from such simple ingredients - it shows great experience, talent and taste. Spicy and Pistachio are also delicious, but carbonara is on a different level! If we ever return to Lombardy - I hope we can come back. A very nice waiter. A must-see place in gastronomic tourism.

Very simple in presentation, but the food is complex, fresh and exceptional. We have been to Milan a few times and this was an overnighter on way to Venice. So we wanted to find a non-touristic place.. and we hit the Jackpot !!

Excellent ravioli di limone!! Overall, the place is charming! No pretentiousness. Welcoming and sincere owners. A delight not just for the stomach and taste buds — but also for the heart 🥲 Whenever I'm in Milan I'll visit again!! That's the small serving in the photo. Amazing to have a choice between small and regular, right?

It was a cute little place in Navigle. It was small but really nice and the workers were also really nice. They make their pasta fresh every day and they have like 4 or 5" choices of sauces with the pasta. I tried two (pesto pistachio and spicy tomato) and both were really good and price more than correct. I loved that place.

Un endroit qui ne paye pas de mine, quelques tables mais un délice dans l’assiette. L’accueil est très agréable et nous nous sommes régalés. La carte est réduite mais la possibilité de faire une assiette avec 2 saveurs a été appréciée. Les pâtes sont bonnes les sauces également. Je recommande vivement

13/07/2025: I satisfied my mental hunger at the Brera Art Gallery, but I couldn't bear my physical hunger. I quickly found a restaurant that was open. A Sicilian restaurant. Unfortunately, because it was late, all the Arancina were sold out. I ordered ragu pasta and ravioli, which were delicious. I also ordered a bottle of Sicilian beer, which was also excellent. The restaurant review was not wrong.

28/07/2025: A table of about 15 people, an incredible dinner, excellent fish, a delicious seafood spaghetti for the starter, shrimp cocktail, sweet sea bass, and so on. I think one of the best seafood restaurants here in Milan! Highly recommended, excellent waiters!
28/07/2025: A happy accident finding Al Puerto, nearly a year ago my father and I had the most amazing dining experience! Turns out, there was a really interesting area near our hotel that had loads of great restaurants called Darsena del Naviglio, the gateway to Naviglio Grande & Naviglio Pavese - two of the five canals of Milan. I set our sites on one destination as we spontaneously chose the first restaurant we encountered: Al Puerto! This was a wonderful chance for dad and I to enjoy some amazing seafood in a creative and traditional fashion. Everything was meticulous, and I’ve never seen waiters work so, so, so hard! We were on a second story mezzanine of the restaurant and every turn of food was brought up and down those stairs. One of the most impressive displays of service I’ve ever seen, hands down! This restaurant puts every waiter in Vegas, NYC, Paris and Rome to shame. This phenomenal dinner is owed mainly in part to our server Luigi (in the photo with my father and I) as he ensured the best service, quality, and flavors in all of Italy. He went above and beyond what I would ask any waiter for, and yet, his service kept surprising my father and I as he also brought out fun treats and special flavors that we wouldn’t even know to ask for. In addition to this, the aesthetic of the restaurant was beautiful, rustic, and thematic from all angles. I wish we didn't eat so quickly so I could've taken better photos, so we will have to return soon! In addition, Signore Cico and Signore Lorenzi were incredible gentlemen of class and passion, both elevating our experience and encapsulating the memories with incredible service, history, information, insight, amicability and quality. This experience is worth passing on to others, even a year later, this was the most memorable dining experience of all Italy and in all my travels. Please keep up the impeccable quality that you bring to the world, it's an honor to dine here! You easily see, smell, and taste every flavor from beginning to end! Go, book a reservation, & explore with an open palate!
