Nello has now become a fixed stop when we go to Castellabate. It is a typical seaside restaurant in an alley that stands out for its authenticity, the freshness of the products, with generous portions of pasta and the flavor of the sea on the table. We tried both the spaghetti with clams and the gnocchi with seafood and gnocchi alla nerano, caciocavallo and clams. Of a unique delicacy. Fried squid and squid that melts in your mouth. Among the best I've ever tasted. Wide choice of good wine and then there is the friendliness of the owner who makes you feel at home and cheers you up between one course and another, creating a family atmosphere. Homemade citrus liqueur kindly offered by Nello. Good value for money considering the tourist area. A guarantee. Once you try it you can't do without it. Highly recommended.

We went to this traditional Campania trattoria where we enjoyed excellent dishes (the fried prawns and calamari are absolutely worth trying). The only downside was that the tables were too close together (we could hear the clinging and bickering of the diners near us) otherwise it was a place I would happily return to. Cost 34 euros per person (on average)

Il locale non è tra quelli da ricordare ma la gentilezza del proprietario e la sua simpatia garantisce una buona esperienza. Cucina del territorio ma di buona qualità. Qui domina soprattutto il mare. Conto corretto . Consigliato
