Carbonara strong flavor but incredible! The best we have tried, fettuccine with Bolognese ragù, very delicious too.

It is a place with a lot of fame and a lot of positive reviews, certainly, which made me go there. The owner is very nice and explains the food to you if possible in your language, he must be very used to travelers. The carbonara warns you that it is very "strong", which is the Roman style. It really is very salty. The guaciale is just right and the pasta is al dente, but because it is so salty the paste becomes dense and heavy.

Near the Colosseum, a small cooking laboratory found on Maps, a truly beautiful discovery. Exceptional typical Roman first courses, excellent second courses and good parmigiana. Worth a quick stop for a quick but genuine lunch... everything is truly excellent

Cozy place even if small. There is no table service because it is like street food. Friendliness and kindness of the waiters who welcome you and explain how the place works. Excellent quality food..CARBONARA TOP.. you have to go back😜

22/12/2024: E' aperto solo a pranzo e frequentato soprattutto da gente del posto che riempie il . Però la cucina è proprio quella tradizionale romana: ottima e abbondante. gli antipasti forse un po striminziti ma si capisce il perchè quando arrivano i primi! personalmente ho preso un ottimo ragù di cinghiale ma ho assaggiato una carbonara fatta come si deve e orrime trofie con funghi e tartufo! tutto buonissimo. ci devo tornare

08/01/2025: Walking along Viale Regina Margherita, if you want a bit of healthy refreshment for your palate, a stop at "Gelato d'Autore" is a must. Karim will welcome you, as kind as he is knowledgeable and passionate about his work as a master ice cream maker, which he does excellently. Counter with the right amount of choice, nothing extreme like in the various industrial ice cream shops that offer dozens and dozens of flavors that in the end are all the same. Fresh ingredients, flavors enhanced to the maximum and which are never cloying. One of the rare ice creams following which it is not necessary to drink liters of water to eliminate excess sugar. 100% top experience. Super recommended!
