One of my best place in the area, if you ever go to Chiavenna please stop by. Professional service nice place and good food.

We have been dining in Ristorante Passerini for the last 20 years and although Flaviano, Andrea and signora Passerini, who is the chef-cook, have grown older, the food seems even better today. The tagliolini with mushrooms was excellent, as was the fegato. The tartaar di salmon with aninnovative addition and very tastful, the coniglio al forno perhaps a bit at the dry side. With one dessert, water, 3 glasses of Rainoldi Alpi Retiche wine and one cappuccino the 113 bill was a pleasant surprise. Al anno prossimo!

Charme e qualità contraddistinguono il Passerini. Le due figure storiche in sala (proprietario e cameriere) valgono da sole un Perù. Il resto della partita si gioca in cucina, 3-0 contro la concorrenza.

Fantastic location right below palazzo salis. The best part of the experience was the atmosphere and the service. The staff is extremely kind, chatty and welcoming. The food is good and tasty, however they don’t reflect the higher prices.

01/09/2024: ...reading the reviews and seeing the queue outside you might think that waiting in line and patience are rewarded by dishes that are up to par...we tried the pizza and honestly nothing special...we will try again but this time a restaurant ...very honest prices and friendly service.
01/09/2024: They offer an experience. If you are willing to wait on the street for even an hour and a half (taking a handwritten note and preparing any appetizers with chips while you wait, right on the street, in the center), perhaps making friends with strangers who turn out to be passionate about Livigno like you or for the first time here by chance, to eat exquisite dishes at super good prices in an easy environment...then it's for you. If you then add that they give you leftover food to take away, and they also offer you bitters of your choice that you can pour yourself as many times as you want... it's just for you. Very kind and friendly staff. Super good food!

15/08/2024: Everything was excellent, compliments to the tagliolini with buckwheat and porcini mushrooms, really good as were the desserts. good value for money. This time we took 2 mixed starters which were excellent but a little small in quantity, cheeses with sugared almonds and honey were excellent, the risotto with porcini mushrooms was good, fettuccine with white ragù was good.
27/07/2024: Very fine food, good selection, normal prices, nice garden terrace, friendly and attentive service. Recommended. 👍🏻
