A wonderful cozy little restaurant. I had polpette in a red wine reduction sauce with caramelized onion and apple for the appetiser and it was absolutely divine. For primo I had a funghi ravioli, scrumptious! The host was super charismatic and warm, we loved our time there! For 4 people we paid around 100€ and left satisfied!

As soon as we walked in to this wonderful restaurant the owner Louis made us feel at home. The atmosphere and decor were a background to the excellent food and service. It is not often that you take your time eating to enjoy every mouthful. Thank you again for a fantastic evening.

This, in my opinion, is the best restaurant in Lucca.
Five minutes after sitting down at the table I felt like I was in Paris, in the beating heart of the French city, completely forgetting that I was in Lucca.
The cuisine is delicious, they offer dishes that are not too complicated and you can feel that they use French techniques to cook, combining everything with the best Italian raw materials.
I was mainly struck by two dishes, the fillet in chianti sauce and the dessert whose name I don't remember.
The fillet was very tender, it melted in the mouth and the sauce with which it was accompanied made it unique, both for its goodness and originality, it was absolutely not the classic fillet that is eaten everywhere.
Of the dessert, however, I was enraptured by its consistencies, many and of different types, obviously the taste also left nothing to be desired.
They have a fair selection of wines, obviously there is a lot of France in this cellar.
The service is very convivial and attentive, you feel at home here, congratulations indeed.
As for the decor, I have nothing to say because it left me speechless. For anyone who has been to Paris, coming here is an emotion.

A really great restaurant! We discovered it yesterday by chance and had a wonderful evening. The restaurant owner is extremely friendly and his manner definitely contributed to our lovely evening. He also decorated the restaurant very elaborately and lovingly, it looks really great! The food isn't cheap but it was great and worth every penny, I always say I'd rather spend a little more at a restaurant and get something very good in return and that's definitely the case here! My truffle pasta was perfect! The taste was very finely tuned and there was nothing missing, I really enjoyed every bite! We'll definitely be back 😊

We called ahead for a reservation. This restaurant is in a quiet and cosy spot which soon got more popular as the night went on.
The service was great, the person who served us was very attentive and and made sure we were happy at all times.
The food was great and very flavoursome and came very quickly.

Qué lugar maravilloso que nos presentaron por nuestro anfitrión del hotel. Tan bien que fuimos dos veces. En una pequeña plaza con la estatua de Puccini. La comida era divina y el servicio cálido y amable. Uno de los dos propietarios es un anfitrión fabuloso. Incluso apurando mesas dentro en la segunda víspera cuando tuvimos una ducha de lluvia. Todo lo que comimos fue maravilloso desde los ravioles con sandía y salsa de champán hasta el tonno rosso. Inténtalo, no te decepcionará. 😘

Uno de mis restaurantes favoritos...
Cada vez que visito Lucca, siempre como aquí.
Es un hermoso bistrot en una plaza muy bonita.
Dirigida por Luis (frente a la casa) y el chef Davide, la comida y bebida siempre es excelente.
Éxito continuo para ambos
