Expectations were very high, and perhaps that's why they were disappointed. The first course, pioppini mushrooms and oxtail, didn't convince me. I proceeded with the egg yolk with truffle... too bad the truffle wasn't very fragrant and the dish arrived cold. Compliments to the service. Impeccable. I recommend cleaning up the dust buildup on the corrigati in the kitchen... it's not at all hygienic. I won't post the photo out of decency.

Great restaurant with delicious and high-class cuisine; it’s fairly priced with a 4-courses meat menu @ €52 and fresh fish menu at €57 ; look out for the truffle specials when in season. Great staff too.

Wonderful Italian food with influence from other cuisine. For example, I had ceviche and my husband had grilled octopus with fennel mousse. We went there for a friend’s birthday and we were 30 minutes late. They did not show any frustration and accepted us with 3 children. Children ate pasta bolognese and pasta with butter as they requested and those tequests were kindly accepted. The last pasta picture is pasta with squid and ink and bottarga, but it didn’t taste much.

During my last trip, I had the opportunity to have lunch at Papaveri e Papere and was truly impressed. The food was delicious and the service was impeccable. The restaurant's decor was also very beautiful and contributed to the relaxing atmosphere. The prices were very reasonable for the quality of the food and service. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a pleasant lunch.
The meat was excellent and the desserts were superb.

The rating is simply based on an experience that can be more or less satisfactory.
There have been dishes that were better, more successful, and some that were less so, from appetizers to desserts... after all, everyone has their own tastes...
I don't consider the choice of background music to be strictly necessary.

The best restaurant in the area with delicious, high-quality dishes. A special mention goes to the sommelier (Daniele), who is very knowledgeable and appreciated. The cellar is well-stocked with both local and international wines. The staff are friendly and provide efficient and fast service despite the unusual preparation of the dishes.

Papaveri e Papere is a guarantee. The atmosphere is relaxing and elegant, and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, even when it comes to wine selection.
We had the seafood tasting, and every course was a harmony of flavors, everything was delicious; we were completely satisfied.
I recommend reserving a table; it's very easy, even online.

We were greeted by a very unfriendly manager (who was assigning seating), but the rest of the staff was super friendly and very attentive. The food was like something from another planet. Simply perfect! We'll be back.
