Ristorante tra le colline fuori Firenze, non molto grande ma ben curato; personale decisamente attento a tutto e sempre pronto a soddisfare il cliente, molto professionale.
Tutti piatti buonissimi, soprattutto i tagliolini al tartufo bianco, con tempi di servizio piuttosto rapidi.
Conto leggermente caro ma in linea con l’ottima qualità del cibo.

Away from all the hustle and bustle. Located in San Miniato. Very good reception by the hall team, say open-air terrace in our case. Maître de salle who knows his job perfectly has trained the staff well. The dishes prepared by a skilled chef, beautifully presented on the plate and provided by the lovely crew. We had a great evening in this restaurant that has also received a Michelin mention...

Everything was really perfect. There was live music, great friendly service, a wine waiter who was enthusiastic and knew exactly what he was talking about and in the end the price was surprisingly affordable considering that all the courses were so elaborately prepared and so well coordinated.
I especially liked the deer.
When I told the waitress this, she was genuinely pleased and wanted to talk about the course.
We took a menu with a few courses and I would always recommend exactly that.
Water and bread were free. We paid €143 for wine, food and entertainment for the evening. The experience was absolutely more than worth it!
