Ci sono stata diverse volte e ho sempre mangiato bene. Location carina, elegante e romantica, la sala principale è aperta, ma i pannelli fonoassorbenti sono un'ottima soluzione che funziona. Scelto il menu degustazione di pesce composto da 5 portate + un dolce a scelta dal menu. Sapori decisi e delicati, abbinamenti ben pensati. Servizio e costo consoni al posto e alla qualità del cibo e della materia prima.

Difficult review, because regarding the quality of the food you can only take your hat off. In the simplicity of what we had (1 crème brulée with onions, 1 egg with parmesan fondue, 1 tagliolini with butter with truffle, 1 gnudi of cheese with truffle) there were all the flavors and refinement of this world, a crazy explosion of taste. Regarding the quantity and the price, I was a little disappointed, because 60 euros for 5 gnudi (ok the sprinkling of white truffle, which we know is very uneconomical) seemed a bit much to me, since I came away with hunger, despite having eaten a lot of bread. But I absolutely understand and accept it. What I didn't like is the environment, beautiful and well-kept, but not at all intimate, tables very close to each other and little atmosphere, which you look for in a place like this. Then we were also unlucky, since we had a table next to us with 3 guys who spoke in a very high tone of voice all the time, laughing loudly, swearing and banging their fists on the table continuously, but without ever being stopped by the staff. of the room. We were looking for an evening for a somewhat special celebration, but alas it went quite badly.

Ristorante tra le colline fuori Firenze, non molto grande ma ben curato; personale decisamente attento a tutto e sempre pronto a soddisfare il cliente, molto professionale. Tutti piatti buonissimi, soprattutto i tagliolini al tartufo bianco, con tempi di servizio piuttosto rapidi. Conto leggermente caro ma in linea con l’ottima qualità del cibo.
