The waiter who served us was super friendly and nice. They brought us a tasty appetizer. I thought the food was a bit expensive for the quality. There are some really beautiful ruins inside.

It's your typical tourist restaurant.

We've eaten here several times, mostly in the evenings. Lunch is a bit noisy and hectic, but dinner has always been very good. You can sit inside or outside. The service is very friendly. It's a pleasant place to sit.

What can I say? We arrived in Milan at lunchtime without knowing the locals, and we stopped because we found the one-pot meals on the menu, fair prices, and a spacious, elegant restaurant. The service was extremely courteous, and they immediately surprised us with a welcome appetizer: a square of perfectly prepared polenta with excellent extra virgin olive oil and flavorful parmesan. In its simplicity, we were able to appreciate the quality of the ingredients. The one-pot meal was a feast on a plate: a risotto creamed with butter and parmesan, a top-notch dish, and a braised beef cooked in Barolo wine that released aromas and emotions with every bite, accompanied by a creamy puree of the finest consistency. In my obsession with vegetables, I also ordered a salad, which was too much because the one-pot meal is plentiful and flavorful, but I just can't eat without abundant vegetables. Pleasantly surprised. Beautiful place, excellent cuisine at low prices that I wouldn't have expected for Milan and the area. A restaurant to remember and return to next time we visit Milabo. Compliments to the staff!
