We celebrated my boyfriend's birthday and our anniversary on January 2nd at Ristorante Vespasia. It was an incredible experience, one we'll definitely repeat. We left feeling full, excited, and entertained. The atmosphere is one of our favorites. We're regular guests at Palazzo Seneca. The atmosphere is peaceful, intimate, and familiar. The people who work there are exceptional, from the waiters to the head waiter, the pastry chef, and even the Michelin-starred chef Fabio Cappiello, whom we met during dinner. It was a wonderful human experience. Besides being a magician in the kitchen, he turned out to be a wonderful person to get to know. We met everyone the next day at breakfast at Palazzo Seneca, and we ended our stay on a high note. We recommend it to anyone who wants to unwind, rest, recharge, and feel pampered.
