Excellent place, we ate very well. It's located in the historic center of Canosa. It's accessible, a very small place with few seats, but intimate and very characteristic. It doesn't work with a menu. They bring you appetizers, first courses, second courses, desserts, and fruit. You decide on the spot with the waiter/owner. Welcoming place. Excellent quality food. For dessert, I would make a better proposal and suggest the chocolate soufflé/cake with cream, which everyone likes.

We went for lunch yesterday. The place was clean and the staff were friendly. Each dish was carefully prepared and explained. We had a great time! We'll be back! Highly recommended for anyone who wants to try traditional dishes from Canosa di Puglia.

Spectacular mid-August dinner!! We booked the same day, and the owner, despite there being four of us, was incredibly helpful and managed to arrange a table for us. We tried a mix of appetizers that included focaccia, chard, mushrooms, bruschetta, ricotta with wine, olives, zucchini, salami, and cheeses. The first courses were two "tastings" (which in Rome we consider a full portion) of orecchiette with salted ricotta and zucchini tops (turnip tops are not in season) and strascinati al grano arso (burnt wheat pasta) with crusco peppers, tomato, and sausage. Everything was divine. I still can't figure out how we paid 90 euros with red wine, two bottles of water, and amaro. The young man who served us was also super helpful and kind. Highly recommended for truly savoring Puglian tradition. I'm sorry the photos don't fully capture the dishes, but they didn't arrive before we finished them off. We had also ordered a third tasting of the first course, but we asked to cancel it because we were so full.

Ci siamo fermati al rientro dal Salento per pranzo, accoglienza perfetta, super gentili e preparati. Materia prima ottima e tutto buonissimo. Consigliato!!!

Personale cordiale, cibo ottimo, antipasti a volontà, prezzo molto contenuto in base alle portate. ottimi antipasti e primi, i secondi un pìò meno.
