Lo abbiamo scoperto per caso, in una domenica fuori porta...Un locale caldo e accogliente incastonato in una storica struttura. Elegante e curato nei dettagli, ma informale. Cibo del territorio, con ricerca delle materie prime e moltissimi piatti a km 0 cucinati nel rispetto della tradizione ma quel tocco di innovazione "non arrogante". Il personale, giovane e attento, ci ha fatto sentire coccolati. L'oste cortese e pronto a scambiare due chiacchere ma con discrezione e professionalità. Insomma, una vera osteria! Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è eccellente. Sicuramente torneremo!

Discovered almost by chance, the Osteria da Tronca was a wonderful surprise. Excellent food, kindness and courtesy and last but not least, exceptional value for money. Highly recommended.

I piatti della tradizione di ottima qualità , porzioni abbondanti e un eccellente servizio. Alessio radioso ed accogliente . Complimenti, tutto eccellente dall’ antipasto al dolce . Very good!!! Rustic and welcoming place, very friendly and helpful staff. We stopped in Massa Marittima at lunchtime and wanted to eat somewhere that offered some vegetarian options for me too. We found this on the internet and reading the menu encouraged us to try it. We took the pici with cacio e pepe and the pici with sage pesto. Spectacular, truly tasty food! We also had two side dishes, namely baked potatoes and vegetable flan, delicious. Excellent value for money, I recommend.
P.S. In the bathroom there are also sanitary pads available for use, a very nice idea and super useful when needed.

Having arrived here on the recommendation of our hotelier, we were very satisfied. It is a real tavern with deliberately retro environments that give the right weight to tradition. After a decent appetizer of cured meats we tried the tortelli stuffed with vegetables and ricotta with meat sauce. A true delight for the palate. A glass of fantastic ultra-locally produced red wine. And finally a truly perfect traditional panna cotta. Excellent and friendly service and honest bill. Makes me want to come back to try the other dishes.
