Overall it's not bad, I've been traveling around the Langhe for a week but perhaps in terms of food quality it's what satisfied me least of all. There is something that should be reviewed. The guys who work are not bad and the location is suggestive

Exceptional tavern, beautiful place, elegant room, very good dishes. You can choose between 3 menus: Director's menu (tasting of all 5 starters, a first course, a second course), Teacher's menu (tasting of 5 starters, a second course), Pupil's menu (tasting of 5 starters, a first course).
Below the room they have renovated the cellar by adding more tables there too, another nice place where you eat among the bottles of wine.
Truly a nice place.

We had lunch at this restaurant twice in one week. The location is highly enjoyable: the shaded terrace overlooks the vineyards, offering a stunning view. The service is very welcoming and lively. The food is good, with fresh and well-prepared ingredients. The wine list is good, and the recommendations are spot on. I would only note that it’s a shame the menu doesn’t change as often as advertised (the menu claims to change daily, but it seems to me that it doesn’t change every week).

Antipasti dishes were extremely flavourful, especially the zucchini flan, very soft and explosion of well balanced flavours.
Tonno vitello was also good, but not great, tasted closer to a fair beef carpaccio, but the sauce made up for it.
Ravioli pasta was perfect, any options.
The rabbit dish sounds nice and interesting, however I was slightly disappointed with the braising/stew, missed tenderness and was slightly too overwhelming with musky flavours of cloves.
Definitely recommend!

Lovely place with a cozy atmosphere, a super nice wine list a little on the expensive side. However, the food was average. It was not flavored and lacked balance in flavor nuances. All in all a bit too expensive.

I was happy to try this restaurant. It is managed by young guys, the service is excellent, the cuisine is equally very good with well-prepared dishes. Very nice place, wine list with lots of choices. The price aligned with the period. I advise

Beh, che dire.. buonissimo e bellissima location, noi abbiamo pranzato nella cantina (o almeno così penso), tra le bottiglie di vino.
Abbiamo optato per la degustazione di antipasti, uno più buono dell'altro, dalla cipolla ripiena di salsiccia e amaretti, al vitello tonnato, a seguire abbiamo optato per un piatto a testa, chi il primo chi il secondo e per concludere alcuni dolci.
Da accompagnare il tutto, due bottiglie di vino.
Spesa a testa 38€.
Consigliatissimo, e penso sia molto bella anche la vista nel periodo estivo in quanto presente una terrazza.
