A positive experience. The owner, Daniela, was very kind and attentive to our requests. I was traveling with my seven-year-old son, who was very tired. She allowed me to check in two hours early. Thank you for your thoughtfulness and attention. Keep up the good work.

I spent a wonderful weekend at this restaurant with rooms: an excellent dinner with fresh ingredients and carefully prepared dishes, a welcoming atmosphere, and kind, helpful staff. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. A place I recommend and would gladly return to.

I was a guest for lunch.
I must say that the location and service were a step above other places. The waiters were courteous and knowledgeable.
As for the food, I was truly delighted with every single course. Authentic and refined flavors.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ – Osteria Senza Fretta, Cuneo
We visited Senza Fretta Osteria con Camere during a weekend in Cuneo and had a very positive experience.
I had asked in advance if it was possible to prepare bagna cauda as an appetizer, even though it's off the menu, and they were true to their word. Not a strictly traditional version, but rather a reinterpretation by the chef, more elegant in its presentation and well-balanced in its flavors. An interesting proposal that maintains the character of the dish without being overbearing.
For my second course, I chose the tender Fassona beef braised in Nebbiolo: very tender and carefully cooked; perhaps a little too salty for my personal taste, but still good quality.
My wife and my cousin and her partner had agnolotti and tajarin, and everyone was very satisfied: fresh pasta, well-made, and portions were adequate.
We also enjoyed the coffee served with biscuits, a small detail that's always a pleasure.
The staff was very kind and helpful. The restaurant is rustic, with no tablecloths, but consistent with the informal and welcoming style of the osteria.
A great place in Cuneo for those seeking Piedmontese cuisine with the chef's personal touch.
