We visited here for a wine tasting evening, which proved to be very interesting thanks to the presence of relatively young producers from the Saluzzo area. We therefore decided to stay for dinner as well, a truly perfect choice. Every course was exquisite: from the appetizer, a delicate and flavorful sausage-stuffed zucchini flower, to the first course, the Stura Valley cruset, unique and beautifully executed, to the dessert, a lavender white chocolate mousse with fresh blueberries, crumble, and blueberry sorbet, the true highlight of the evening. A gastronomic experience that combines quality, local tradition, and creativity, absolutely recommended.

We stayed at this establishment in the historic center of Cuneo years ago and had a wonderful time. This year we returned for dinner and can confirm our excellent opinion of the restaurant. If you drink too much, you can stay the night and leave 😉😁

Excellent lunch: delicious, carefully prepared, and flavorful dishes. Attentive and friendly service, with little touches that were truly appreciated (for coffee, they brought a meringue especially for me because I couldn't eat the hazelnut cookies). Compliments to the chef and all the staff, a gourmet restaurant in the heart of Cuneo where we will definitely return! ❣️
