The cuisine is delicious, featuring traditional Italian dishes prepared with fresh, quality ingredients. The decor is elegant and distinctive, with a touch of old-world charm that creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The wine list is excellent, with an interesting selection of local wines. The true heart of the restaurant is Mr. Carlo, a unique presence at San Paolo. A great chatterbox, he's always ready to share his incredible story, which saw him transition from pastry making to cooking, creating a perfect blend of tradition and innovation. His warm welcome and attention to detail make him a true ambassador for the restaurant. With great charm and passion, he manages to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making every customer feel at home, recommending the daily specials and selecting the finest wines. His energy and zest for life are contagious, and made our dinner at San Paolo an unforgettable experience. We ordered: Pappardelle with duck ragù; Paccheri with scorpionfish ragù; Sea bass and red mullet millefeuille; Fresh tuna steak with rosemary on sweet and sour onions; Cheesecake; Apple charlotte, wine, and coffee. We spent €96, which was definitely worth it for the quality of the food and service. We will definitely be back.

Amazing food, tasty, good service!

A truly excellent dinner at Osteria San Paolo. The linguini was flavorful and well-balanced, the seafood risotto creamy and rich in flavor, made with the freshest ingredients. To round out the evening, a perfect soufflé, light and delicious. The pleasant atmosphere and attentive service made it an experience definitely worth repeating.

The food was truly delicious and the atmosphere was fantastic. The restaurant manager was incredibly friendly. I was with a family of friends, and we couldn't have chosen a better restaurant, both for the food and the kindness and friendliness of the staff.

After a trip downtown, we stumbled upon this osteria. We were thrilled with the quality of the food. The dishes are exquisite and the staff very friendly.

Mr. Carlo... a mythical figure somewhere between an old-fashioned innkeeper and a careful, measured restaurateur. The food is good, and the staff is friendly. It was truly a pleasure having lunch with you. Today's fried food was delicious. See you soon.

We passed by and it looked cozy, so we decided to go in, and we didn't regret it! They have a wide variety of wines inside, and we were even allowed to peek inside the wine cabinet. The food is delicious, authentic, and a bit different from the standard menu. The service is friendly, and the kitchen quickly got to work preparing the dishes.
