Stumbled on this place on our way to the leaning tower. Would not have found it without a sign placed on the sidewalk. Worth the detour! Old school charm with a waiter in his 30s teamed up with the owner and chef well into their 60s at a guess. Felt a bit crowded with too many decor touches and bottles literally everywhere. But the food was amazing! Highlight was a sea bass ravioli which was super fine pasta perfectly cooked. Excellent seafood spaghetti. The reviews don’t lie. It’s far better than you’d expect when you walk in.

Very, very good! The meat (T-bone steak) was delicious. The rabbit pasta (ragu) was superb, a wonderful discovery!

I had dinner at this restaurant, ate very well, and unexpectedly found myself treated to excellent seafood dishes. Congratulations, they were truly excellent. I'll be happy to return.

Discovered by chance and was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness and quality of the food. The only flaw was that I asked for a tagliata for my son without specifying how it should be cooked, and when I asked for mine rare, it arrived more cooked than his. This certainly doesn't detract from the 5-star rating this osteria absolutely deserves. Mr. Carlo, as well... a character! Must try!

Ottimo locale, cibo superlativo, oste assai simpatico, prezzo onesto! Piatti di terra o di mare sempre molto ben fatti e presentati, dolci strepitosi, servizio puntuale e simpatico. Locale accogliente e tranquillo. Da ritornare!

30/07/2025: Absolutely fantastic! There's not much seating, so pizza is mostly taken away. Luckily, we were able to sit at a table. We were given the menu right away and ultimately decided on a quattro formaggi and della casa. Because pizza like at home in Italy has to be good. And it truly was; what a delicious pizza. You can see your pizza going into the wood-fired oven, and the crust is so wonderfully thin and crispy. A real experience. Even many Italians come here, so it's not necessarily a tourist trap. Everyone was super friendly and appreciates it if you make an effort to speak Italian.
