Honestly great! It's definitely worth crossing the river! It's peaceful and the food is authentic! The staff is super friendly, we were alone and it's weird after the crowds at the tower.

This restaurant was recommended by our hotel. I had an amazing tuna steak, my wife had a macaroni with vegetable and tomato sauce. The side of tempura veg was delicious. Desert also was fantastic, a chocolate and apricot marquise with blackberry coulis. The quality of the food was the best we have had on a 2 week holiday, and we have not had a single bad meal so this says a lot about this place. In addition our waiter was friendly and helpful and the owner was a delight. We are going back tonight! Prices also fair.Go there, don't delay!

Even before the excellent food, both in quality and cooking method, the owner's friendliness is the real added value, and I really want to give him a big hug! The wait staff was impeccable! An excellent experience. We'll be back!!!

The tuna steak was amazing. The best I’ve ever had. My wife had a filet mignon and it was cooked to perfection. The desserts were delicious. The prices were very reasonable.This place is A hidden gem. If you are in Pisa, my wife and I highly recommend you visit this restaurant. The best meal we’ve had in Italy, hands-down. 5 stars.

Stumbled on this place on our way to the leaning tower. Would not have found it without a sign placed on the sidewalk. Worth the detour! Old school charm with a waiter in his 30s teamed up with the owner and chef well into their 60s at a guess. Felt a bit crowded with too many decor touches and bottles literally everywhere. But the food was amazing! Highlight was a sea bass ravioli which was super fine pasta perfectly cooked. Excellent seafood spaghetti. The reviews don’t lie. It’s far better than you’d expect when you walk in.

Ottima cena, proprietario molto cortese. Cibo di qualità. Ottimi sia il pesce che la carne. Prezzo adeguato. Seggiolone per la ns.a bambina di 2 anni. Atmosfera elegante ma accogliente.

09/10/2025: We visited this restaurant and can't say enough good things about it! The service was impeccable, thanks to our waiter Gigi, who was truly talented and incredibly kind. He guided us through our selection of dishes, offering expert and friendly advice. Every course was a discovery of flavors: everything was delicious, from appetizers to desserts. In particular, the mushrooms were exceptional, fresh, and perfectly cooked. Even the wine, selected on Gigi's recommendation, enhanced every dish. A culinary experience we'll definitely repeat. Thanks again to Gigi and all the staff for the wonderful welcome!
