We were pleasantly surprised! The atmosphere is informal yet warm and welcoming. The wait staff is attentive and ready to accommodate our every request.
Let's start with the appetizers: a Piedmontese Fassona beef tartare accompanied by delicious caramelized onions.
For our first course, we tried their ravioli, and the quality of the ingredients is evident in every bite.
To conclude, the quality-price ratio is balanced.

We traveled from Trento to dine at this restaurant after it was recommended by friends, and I must say the trip was worth every minute and every kilometer. We opted for the tasting menu, and every course felt like a thoughtful expression of the chef’s vision. The flavors were beautifully balanced, the presentation was thoughtful, and each dish told its own story.
Overall, it was a memorable culinary experience—one that easily justified the journey. We’ll definitely be returning, and we’ll be recommending it just as enthusiastically to others. A virtual experience of the dining can be done by looking at the photos.

I was truly impressed by this restaurant. The dishes are meticulously crafted, prepared with quality ingredients, and impeccably presented. The service is attentive, professional, and always available, without being intrusive. A nice place, though perhaps dimly lit. All the dishes I chose were satisfying: the pumpkin and chestnut risotto was excellent, the dessert was excellent, and the appetizer was good. The other diners were also pleased (only the agnolotti raised some concerns, but I personally didn't try them).
One star less for allowing a rose vendor to insist on a purchase, practically forcing a diner to buy three roses to stop the requests. I suggest, if you allow these vendors, be careful not to let their insistence become unpleasant for other diners.

The gianduiotto was excellent;

The service and quality of the dishes were consistent with the bill of about €60 per person;
CONS
After finishing the anchovies, there was only a bland fennel sauce left;
I hate counting the agnolotti;
The lighting was poor, which would enhance the colors of the dishes and be helpful for the visually impaired;
It was a shameful mistake to allow a street vendor of roses to enter and not provide an emergency exit for his escape;
